Do you desire living in a place where nothing has been updated in 30 years, having broken stuff replaced is a pain, and the office staff is generally a pain to work with? What about a place that has an unlimited amount of silicone? Well then this is the place for you!

Our kitchen sink literally had holes in it that leaked several times through our three year stay there. Guess what the maintenance people did to fix it? Silicone. They use silicone to fix EVERYTHING! Leaky plumbing? Silicone!

The three GOOD things about this place is the location, safety, and the pricing. Being close to Powell and Dublin is great, and the price is much lower then other places.

BEWARE OF FRAUD! NOW WE ARE FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST SPRING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BUT TO PROTECT OTHERS HERE IT IS. MY MOTHER WAS CHARGED ALMOST $5000 AFTER LIVING HERE FOR ALMOST A DECADE. THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD TO TAKE TRASH OUT OF THE APARTMENT AND I HAVE PHOTOS OF WHAT THE APARTMENT LOOKED LIKE WHEN WE MOVED. THERE WAS NOTHING IN THERE. WE PUT UP 3 SETS OF NEW BLINDS AND THEY CHRGED US FOR THAT AS WELL. THEY CHARGED US FOR THE CARPET THAT HAD TO BE REPLACED ANYWAY AFTER 10 YEARS. WE PAID A $200 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR PETS AND $50 A MONTH FOR 9 YEARS FOR PETS AS WELL. THATS $5600 JUST FOR PETS. THRN THERE KS THE BUG'S. WE WENT THROUGH 8 couches and 3 beds. If you don't believe me just look at other reviews from other tenants. Don't rent from here. There horrible. They never replaced our smoke detectors or our furnace filters either.

If you like noise and loud neighbors this place is for you! The walls are very thin and can hear every little sound the upstairs neighbors make.especially the music they blast until 4am. 1200!? Id rather be paying 750 the unities look like they from the 1700s.before I had to move in they had to fix things up, meanwhile everything in my unit looks pretty damaged and the cabinets look like they’re about to fall off.

Just don't! We moved out in January and received a bill Oct. 18th that said payment was due Nov 1st. I called, left a message and never got called back. I was then turned into collections. When I went to call collection I found I lost the letter and didn't know who to call. I called springs property to ask who they turned my into. No answer, left a message, no call back. I literally had to wait for the collection letter and by then it was too late! THEY DIDN'T CALL ME BACK AND NOW I'M IN COLLECTIONS! I will be taking legal actions.
