Dr Huelsman and his staff are Absolutely Fabulous. Always very friendly and helpful. I feel very confident that Doc knows his stuff. I have been a patient there for years.no intentions of going anywhere else. I sent my son there and he was equally impressed. He loved Dr. Yang. Keep up the Great work guys!

I am new to this area and I asked for suggestions on Facebook from friends on who to go to for a new eye doctor. Multiple people suggested Springboro Eye Care and I'm SO happy they did! Dr. Yang was so great! I don't get anxiety over doctors, but I am a little sensitive when it comes to my eyes. She was informative, funny, easy to connect with and still young enough in her practice that I don't have to worry about just starting with a new doctor that will retire in 6 months (seems to always happen with me). I suggest Springboro Eye Care and their whole team. Thanks Dr. Yang! I can't wait for my new specs to come in!

This place charges $200 for the contact fitting that is not covered by insurance. This cost was above my eye exam there which was $200 as well and covered by insurance. After calling multiple Springboro area eye care places the average rate is between $50 and $100 for this service and most reps I talked to were shocked I was being charged that much. There was no notification of this exorbitant cost prior to me and my wife's exam. When I called to discuss the outrageous cost I was told I can take my business elsewhere and they will not release my contact prescription. As for the service, the three members of my family arrived at 1: 45 for a 2pm apt but were not called back until 2: 30. The doctor was very nice and all three of us were finished by 3: 20.

Always good with staff friendliness. Highly recommend to anyone. I have two kids that have exams on a regular basis and they never disappoint.

DO NOT ORDER YOUR GLASSES HERE! Doctor and staff were great. Ordered my glasses there, was told it would be 5-7 business days. Called on the 10th business day (on a Friday). Was told it would be Monday. Called Wednesday, was told it would be the following Monday. This is the following Monday (3 weeks!). No call today. I only gave 2 stars because I am sure I'm not the only one this has happened to, and if this is the kind of service they receive from their vendor, they should be changing vendors! Not once did anyone ever say "sorry", just another future date! I will NEVER order glasses there again! If I do not get a call tomorrow informing me my glasses are in I will be cancelling my order and expecting a full refund!

Dr. Huelsman is very friendly, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to listen and thoroughly answer questions and concerns. He worked with me to figure out what contacts best suited my needs with very poor eyesight and now age-related changes in my vision. He also spoke with me at length when I asked about LASIK as an option. I do feel slightly obligated to purchase frames and contacts through them, but only because most optometrists would prefer you do so. However, they were friendly and cooperative when I requested my prescription to shop elsewhere.

They charged me $100 a box for contacts that were only $50 a box by calling it “a year supply”. As a new wearer I assumed that was the same number as the website sold. They also charged $170 to show me how to put them in and didn’t tell me there was a charge until afterwards. $170 for what a 5 minute YouTube video could have done.
