Springboro KinderCare

I am a parent of boys in the center. I had two, but one goes to a school they don't transport to so we had to have other accommodations.

My older kid (7) loved his time here. The teachers actually care about the kids and treat them like little adults and respect them.

My younger kid (3) loves his teachers and his friends. There have been incident reports to him and from him, but the staff has been great about helping protect my kid. He is treated like royalty here when he walks in. Every teacher knows his name and gives hugs or high fives.

I would highly recommend the staff of this KinderCare for the amazing years we have been attending. The admin and teachers are second to none. Now, if we can find a way to pay them more without raising tuition, or using more of our tuition payments to give them raises they so rightly deserve would be great. I hope corporate looks at this review and gives this center the recognition they deserve (and hopefully with more than a pizza party.)

All staff showed caring for the health and happiness of the children. Miss Peyton Brown stood out with her caring and child development skills. Super nice, friendly, and capable.

I have worked various places and I have to say, this place has the best boss/Director (Kimi Waugh) I've ever had. The job itself gets stressful sometimes but the smiling kids and the caring coworkers make it all better.

From a parent perspective, my kids have learned aLot because they have teachers that do their jobs & are dedicated to it. From an employee perspective I’ve never felt so comfortable working here, because the staff makes me feel welcomed & we’re a big family. I totally would recommend this childcare to a parent looking or someone looking for a job. I won’t take my kids anywhere else & I will be with this company for awhile

I can tell all the ladies genuinely care for my son. Even the teachers who don't have my son in their class know him by name and are always happy to see him. His teachers are very kind and honest, and have fun and educational lessons each day. I feel confident in the care my son is getting at this daycare.

Some of the several year old reviews shouldn’t be taken into account in your decision making. Most of the people included in those don’t even work for Kinder Care anymore. Ever since my wife and I decided to bring our 1 year old to KinderCare we’ve noticed a huge change in his growth in a positive way and he is a lot happier throughout the day and at drop off and pickup than he was with our previous daycare. Super thrilled with the team of teachers and both directors are super reasonable and attentive. Great spot to bring your children!

So I had my second child start there in 2019. I was pregnant with my 3rd son, I was impressed with the center and workers at the time I applied after my maternity leave was up. I worked there for 2.5 years until I had a fall out with the prior director. I ended up leaving to work at a differentdaycare. I found out that Ms. Kimi took the directors position and I came back immediately. I have loved it there since. As an employee I feel valued, cared for, welcomed, and always encouraged. As a parent my youngest has been attending since he was 6 weeks old. He is now 3 and he has learned so much being with these teachers. He is also so excited to see the teachers. This center it self is well worth 5 stars!

It is absolutely great at the Springboro location! The teachers are amazing! They are always welcoming, caring, happy to be there, and the kids always look like they are learning and having fun!
I have been at this location for 5 years, and it only gets better!

My 3 grandsons have attended both day-care and their summer programs. I have been impressed with both the scheduled programs and all the teachers. The center is run with the upmost professionalism. The boys always look forward to each day and new learning opportunities.

This is my daughter's first daycare experience. I've heard horror stories about other daycares from other parents, and I was so nervous to take that leap and enroll my daughter. I'm SO glad I did because before my daughter started, she was behind on her speech, but after she started, I started seeing a big difference almost immediately! She is now ahead and thriving!
Ms. Maria is one of the best teachers I have ever met! She truly cares about all of the children and makes learning fun for them.
We toured lots of other daycares, and this daycare was the cleanest one we have seen!

I have worked a lot of different places, and I can say this is the first job that I feel like management truly cares about all of their employees.
The CD (Kimberly Waugh) cares about every single child in this daycare, and it shows!

Workers are so sweet! Genuinely care for the kids & my Grandaughter always comes home with the sweetest stories!
