I love the customer service they provide and I have never had a problem with my clothing coming out clean.

I have been using Springdale cleaners for years I can safely say I spend close to 500 a year at this establishment I put 7 pants 2 dress shirts and 2 dresses for my girlfriend everything was fine except 5 shirts were destroyed with stains on the outside of the collar. Since I have been a loyal customer for years I thought I would be taken care of. Instead I had to fight the manager for a redo she even blamed me for the stains first saying one of the shirts was wet said my closet was leaking, then after challenging her on that she suggested ring around the collar on the outside of the collar? She agreed to the redo and the stains are still there. She told me I needed to just eat their mistake. The other employees said nothing nor were they rude in any way. The manager is not someone I would have running my store. I will be transferring my business to ZIPS which is closer and I will be going to small claims court. Any issues with your cleaning at Springdale cleaners you get nothing not even an offer of a refund for their screw up. See you in court.

Great customer service and they do extremely well with dry cleaning and laundry. However they do not have a seamstress on hand

This was my first time at this cleaners. The staff member that waited on me was really friendly but the store is disgustingly dirty.

Do not go there the customer service was terrible I had been promised my clothes at 9: 00 they were not ready the manager was absolutely in denial no compensation no credit be quiet and take it!

Brought in a new suit and a new shirt to be dry cleaned and got them back in terrible shape. The shirt collar has a bunch of wrinkles that I can't iron out and this suit is full of wrinkles too. If I could give it zero stars I would. Two out of three things that I brought in to be cleaned were in worse condition when I got them back. Skip this place and go somewhere else.

I had a coat wit dye they coudnt get it out I thought a cleaners can get anything out let alone dye won't return there

I would not recommend anyone use this service until they employ persons that know how to use a pressing machine. My cream Jean's got burned by the presser. They didnt used a heat protector while pressing. They also exceeded the expected time of my clothes being returned.
