Our furnace went out bright and early today, so we called and we were able to get a same day appointment. When our technician came out, he was quick, knowledgeable, professional and polite. Thank you for all of your help!

I feel like I got the best of a bad situation. Of course, my furnace goes out on one of the coldest nights of the year and the guys came out. Gave me great financing options for an awesome unit installed within a few hours. He was very helpful. Pointed out the problem quickly and we had the furnace running in no time. He also took the time to show things that needed to be changed to improve the efficiency of the furnace.

Our furnace stopped working on a Tuesday. We called multiple places trying to get someone to come out to take a look at it. We have a toddler and were worried about keeping her warm! Springfield Heating & Cooling was the first place that said they could come out that night! The technician was quick and thorough in assessing the issue. He, unfortunately, gave us the news that we would need a new HVAC system as ours was old and had multiple issues. He was compassionate and promised us 5 star service! The crew was there Thursday morning ready to work. They were extremely polite, professional and efficient! You could tell they were proud of their work. They gave my husband and I a tour of our new equipment and ensured we knew the ins and outs! I would recommend this company to anyone! The service technician showed up within the stated time. He was very polite and explained very well what the problem was with my furnace. He did the necessary repair and did routine maintenance at my request. All done in little over one hour.

Installed new heating and air system. Tech was pretty precise about install time as well as friendly and professional. Highly satisfied with my install. Sold on the better warranty option they provide.

They were able to get a technician out to my fathers house the very next day after calling. The tech, Ryan, was amazing. He explained everything every step of the way, educated us and gave us options. He was also very understanding of our situation with my fathers dementia - very helpful, and he knew how to talk to BOTH my father and myself (which isn’t common to find in service providers). Our AC went out on one of the hottest days so far. We called Five Star for a quote and they came out the next day. The following day we had 2 guys out installing a new furnace and AC. They were in time, diligent, and got everything working properly. We appreciate the quick response from the company and will continue to go through them for our HVAC needs.

I wish I could give 10 stars to this AMAZING Company! The level of service, professionalism, and response time was far superior to anything I have experienced! My son (new homeowner) discovered AC was not cooling properly on Mem Day weekend. Service technician Joseph P responded the next day (Sunday), diagnosing the problem and offering an affordable solution to not just AC, but HVAC and water heater (that needed replacing before AC went out). Joseph, Kody and Brendan came out the next day (that's right -on Mem Day!) to install it all - new HVAC, AC and Water Heater! Job was completed in one day!
