6Easy to get to. Parking available. Very little wait. Very pleasant, polite and helpful staff. Would recommend.
Was told to come in half hour early.was there at 12 o'clock for 12: 30 appt.after sitting in waiting room freezing for half hour. I went and asked.the receptionist why they do that if they arent going to see you till appt time or after anyhow.she wasnt happy with me questioning and complaining about how cold it was in there.so she was rude.but they did call me back soon after I complained but, they said they didnt have the order for my procedure so called doctor (which was out to lunch till 1) so I told them I would come back at 1. (was told I might have to wait up to an hour when I returned). Went back at 1 and I was then told they wouldnt have time to do it? They quit doing ultrasounds at 1? I hadnt eaten since midnight.and will now have to do all the prep again.not patient friendly.bad service.long waits. (Not the first time have waited long long times to be seen) I would of thought they would of called and got the order before I came in.not wait till day of procedure to get it from me or doctor.since there is no where else to go in Springfield I guess they think they can treat people rude, long waits, poor patient services
I been here since 1pm for 130p and 2pm appt it now 234 not one test done totally unacceptable
Waited 2.5 hours for a blood draw, I understand long waits, but before I could leave staff turned off lights and locked dooes while I was in the lobby in a wheelchair. Unprofessional and absurd behavior.
