Sprint Store / T-Mobile, Fairfield OH

This was my first time visiting this location. I came to the store to buy a samsung charger. I was disappointed that they only had samsung charges with base, they had one generic charger without the base. I purchased the charger with base even though I didn't need another base.

Daren did an outstanding job today. He helped get my new service started, along with my brand-new pixel phone! If your looking for the best customer service, stop in to this location and ask for Daren and tell him C. C sent you!

Jacob is AWESOME! He is super friendly, answered all my questions, very knowledgeable about products and service. Is honest. He is the type of person that needs to be in all of your stores. Give him 2 raises. I got an upgrade for my son, we were in and out with phone and accessories in about 20 minutes. I hate going to Northgate. I would only give Jacob on Kolb my business, so please don't move him to another location!

Went here because the middletown store would not help me! Found out that its the same district manger. What a joke! I work in the building behind the store and always getting lunch at Panera. Will make sure to spread the word, shady business practices. Gentleman with the beard needs to realize without the customers they will just turn into another Amazon! This store is filthy too and the employees were just playing on their phones instead of helping.

Sales rep was knowledgeable and friendly. Jake helped me install my sprint drive last week and so far I love it.

I went into the store to get a new phone but decided not to bc all the employees are ugly. Tell them to start looking better.

Not very friendly. I asked about a Pokemon go promotion and they got really defensive and rude.

Every time i come here they are sitting around doing nothing and they have never had anything iv gone in for shut the place down idk how it even has customers

They were severely understaffed. It took almost an hour for an associate to get to me. And when they did, their customer face to face interaction was less than nonchalant. When I asked how much they would give me as a phone trade-in value, they wanted to go into my phone, and tried to get me to put in my password. That is a no-no. I had visited 3 other carriers that same day and they all gave me the trade in amount right off the bat without having to deeply access my phone. I left this place with a bad taste in my mouth. This place made me go back to my original carrier. Case in point: Sprint away from this place!

Good customer service. They did not have the exact phone I was intending to purchase, but offered or order it and have it delivered in five days. Overall, a good customer experience.

The experience at this location was awesome, the personalized attention is a plus. Will continue to visit this location through out our contract.

I recently bought a case for me and my wife and i decided to return or exchange mine on the same day because it wasn't to friendly with my zagg screen protector. Waited over 20min for the lady at the register to tell me she couldn't do anything to help because the boss wasn't their and had to come back when he was! I don't know how you can operate a business when a customer has to figure out when the boss is coming to work.

Associate made an error and store manager refused to honor the contract we had signed. He also refused to allow me to speak to his immediate superior.

I had a great experience at this store, unlike another location near by. I left a happy customer and will be back to visit this store for any future needs! Thanks.

My experience from the very beginning of entering the door of this Sprint Store location has been a pleasant one. The service Tech, Tashara was execellent and very knowlegable as well as patience. Great choice for an employee.

Very friendly and very helpful. The store manager was extremely nice and willing to set up my phone and have me ready to leave the store with everything ready to go. Great experience and will come back to this store if i every need anything.

Personnel is very friendly and willing to be helpful, especially when I purchased my phone. She took the extra step to even set up my car bluetooth to my phone.

They handled my problem really well I went to the tri county sprint store sucks omg I hate that stupid people they told me I can't have two line added to my current plan so I want to another one and they handled it well I love this store next to Fairfield.

Whitney and Kevin were the two nicest and most helpful Sprint Store employees I've ever met. They politely and easily answered all my questions, have positive attitudes, and were very professional. I wish more customer service employees were this considerate. The store is in an easy-to-access location, has tidy displays, and is overall clean, comfortable, and business-like. I will definitely stop in to visit when I have future Sprint needs.

Jimmy Baldwin the Store Manager helped me with all my issues and got me out of the store in a timely manner Great Store!
