Beautiful craftsmanship. I had a ring repaired and earrings made out of stones I had. The ring looks better than it did when it was first purchased. Completely happy.

Went in to get my watch resized, they did that in 15 minutes tops, didn’t catch the name of the man helping me but incredibly polite and helpful, i wasn’t unsold or gouged came in and left with exactly what I was looking for, saying they have earned my business is an understatement. WILL come here again 11/10

Was looking to have my watch band sized from a gift I received from Santa. I walked in and an associate greeted me upon entering and I explained what I needed. The gentleman said “we sure do” so I gave him the watch, a couple minutes later he came back with a perfectly sized watch.
Great experience, very nice staff that enjoy what they do and it shows!
I’ll certainly be back when a need or want comes along. I will also be letting people know what a nice experience it was.

I love Squirrel City Jewelers. Kent is lucky to have such a wonderful local jeweler in our small city. I have always been greeted warmly, and been treated in a friendly and professional manner. They are always so knowledgeable about the pieces they carry, as well as being willing to work with you to create a custom piece. They are great!

Michael went above and beyond anything a customer could expect. He dropped everything to repair and remake a recently broken memorial ring. He knew how special and sensitive the ring was and stayed up until 2am to meet a deadline for my friend and her family. I won’t shop for jewelry anywhere else. And Michelle made the pick up experience second to none with kindness and care. Thank you Michael and Michelle! My custom engagement ring is the most beautiful piece of jewelry I’ve ever seen and I can’t believe I get to wear it all the time! If I could put more than 5 stars I would!
Michael worked with me for months, making multiple renderings of different designs for me to take a look at. I just wasn’t sure what I wanted at first and he made me feel comfortable in taking my time to figure out exactly what I wanted. Once I did choose, he mailed me a plastic model of my ring to make EXTRA sure it was what I wanted, and it was perfect. When my fiancé and I went to get the ring, I was in tears. I will always remember that day! I had asked Michael to use my mom’s stones from her wedding and engagement rings, and he made them sparkle in a new way. I never thought I’d be so emotional about a piece of jewelry, but now every time I look at it I think about my fiancé, how much he loves me and I love him, and our future together, as well as my mom and dad and their love for me. It’s just very special to me, I don’t mean to be corny.:)

I've worn this ring consistently for nearly 20 years and it finally lost some integrity (as well as a side diamond). When I took it to Squirrel City, they were so patient and kind. They showed me such respect by honoring my wishes to review all the options for fixing this engagement ring. Ultimately, I decided to replace the diamond and completely rebuild the prongs on all stones. I took this in on Friday and it was completed within 2 business days. When I received the test message today, I was thrilled! I went in and cried when I saw the beautiful work they did with my ring! It is unbelievably immaculate, and looks better than the day I said "Yes! " Thank you, Squirrel City! We will be back!
