Some deferred maintenance but I am very comfortable. I can afford the rent based on my income.

Would avoid it for the time being until they get things under control, What kills me is people posting 5 ratings and probably never did a full tour of the building or lived here or seen any of the issues (repairs to units, drug dealing, ect) currently plaguing this building.

This place is beyond haunted and needs to be torn down I use to live there and I will just say I will never go back the creepy unspeakable stuff seen and heard.you can just imagine from the fact that it started as a graveyard then when they ran out of plots and money they built a hospital on the land then someone thought it was a great idea to turn that hospital into apartments.think I'm lying look up the history and spend the night there

This place is crawling with crackheads, pill fiends, alcoholics and bed bugs. The land lady when I was there was an unholy fascist with no respect for privacy, renter's rights or common respect. The neighborhood is the worst kind of slum Cincinnati could ever offer, the convenience store across the street got robbed no less than three times while I was in it, and two of these were orchestrated by St. Francis residents.

Stay away from this place, this neighborhood, and if you can, this whole city to be honest. I'd rather live in Detroit.
