Our loved one has been attending the Adult day away program for a while now. The staff has been so helpful and wonderful with him. We are very pleased and would recommend St. Leonards to anyone.

Hired for part time security, started seeing red flags for me as I seen how the security is ran by a skeleton crew. Often times there is only 1 security officer and should at least be 2, this is a big place. Went through orientation but had to leave early on last part of it to go to my full time job, had planned to come back the next day but was not able too. The security supervisor called me and left a rude message saying at least have enough respect to call and let him know I decided not to take the job. At that point until he left that message I had still planned on going through with it. Its plan to see the security staff is under staffed and stressed, I dont need that for a silly little part time $11 hr.job.

Been here 2 hours, my mom has asked for water, no response, due to on going medical condition, she is hard of hearing, one of the things she enjoys is watching TV and the settings on her TV are disabled so we can't get the "closed captioning" TV in her room to work, wish I had known that yesterday before we made ARRANGMENTS to bring her here!

Rehab is wonderful with caring staff. Gail is a wonderful advocate and does not miss a detail. Desiree, social worker, is a pleasure to work with and is willing to always help through this difficult process. We are grateful for the compassion and care they gave our mother throughout the rehab process.

One of the draws was the swimming pool. When I arrived it was, if you are a tenet you have to pay extra for the use.

I am on oxygen therapy, so if I was out of the room I had to be on oxygen tanks. St. Leonard did not like the fact that some times that would entail that I would be using a lot of oxygen tanks on days when I played Euchre, which was about evey other day. So when I got sick and had to be hospitalized they kicked me when I was down and kicked me out.

St Leonard is a beautiful place. Well maintained, good staff and the food is pretty good too. The one thing I have noticed is that the staffing of the aids is not good. Many days we only have 1 aid for 5 people. They need to have an on call list that if some can’t come in. Then they call the person on call. Just as in the hospitals.

Management is o.k, could use more staff, newly paved roads, and better food in the healthcare center. Also upgrade the kitchen on side 2 in the healthcare crntec

What a phenomenal community of care and compassion! All the team members I interact with are truly exceptional and I'm grateful there is a community of this quality available for our aging citizens.

My mother was at St Leonard to finish recovering from life-threatening post-surgical complications. She'd been transferred 14 times in the previous 5 months, insurance requiring her to move to a different type of medical facility with every shift in her condition. We speak from hard won experience when we say St. Leonard was excellent. They treated her like a person, not a patient. The facility inspired hope, from the lovely grounds to the family-room style hallways. The staff was attentive and genuinely cared about her wellness. When she left to finally go home, one of the nurses even cried happy tears. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

My mother loves this place including the activities, the friends she has made, and the ability to practice her Catholic faith.

Both of my parents were cared for at St. Leonard's. My father was taken there after a devastating stroke. He was well cared for with dignity through the end of his life. I would say the same for my mother who died of Alzheimers after being a resident for nearly 13 years. St. Leonards is a top facility and I recommend it highly.
