4Always short staff and the assistant director of nursing is rude and abusive to residents. She also have white stuff under her nose from the coke she snorts in the bathroom. If I could give this place half a star I would. They need new staff.
Staff is very kind to residents. During this very trying year of COVID, the nursing home was very diligent in keeping their residents safe. They kept families updated on safety measures implemented at the home and set up zoom calls to keep us connected with our loved ones.
The aids are poor. I asked to have my bed made this morning and has not been done yet this evening. I also asked for a pack of pullups still not received them. I am starting to look for another nursing home and will fill a complaint with the state board of health.
Very nice place with good people to care for your loved one. Great therapy and nursing care. Large rooms. Activities and good food. Clean building, lots of parking and good location.
