St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store and Donation Center, Cincinnati OH

I honestly love this store but I cant stand the one rude worker there. I only go there bc it has everything I'm looking for! If someone else gets smart with me I will NOT come back. Workers are suppose to be friendly not RUDE.

I love this store. It’s saved me a few times. It’s got literally everything. Everything. It’s the best.

This is one of my favorite thrift stores in Cincinnati, it's close to home and organized. They even have the clothes sized, which is a rarity in most thrift stores in Cincinnati. I am an avid thrift shopper and this is the place to go for good vintage and quality items! Plus the staff is always friendly and helpful. I always find something good at this location.

An exceptional store, this is my favorite store in most of entire Cincinnati, most of my life I have made donations to Goodwill but in the future I will only be donating to St Vincent because I see that the prices are very very fair for people that are purchasing their items. The only thing that gets a little irritating is.they have a habit of asking everyone" would you like to round up your change" and it's for a good cause but I don't always want to do that and most of the time I do it because I don't want to be a person that doesn't Roundup to charity. I have donated thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars. And my lifetime maybe hundreds of thousands of dollars it's not that I'm not charitable I just don't like being asked point-blank at every check out.the lady at the register gave me a dirty look when I didn't round up my change like I was some type of a lowlife. I didn't like that feeling. Let me tell you. 90% of the time I do.so please use discretion at the register. Be kind to people if they don't round up their change. It's a horrible feeling. I'm finally speaking out about it because maybe corporate will take it into consideration.and for many people that shop here Most people that shop here are really pinching pennies to.begin with. Eyewitness the lady at the Mason st. Vincent. She was asked to round up are changing she said "do I have to? *
The lady said no you don't have to. She said are you sure? She said no you don't have to and then in front of the whole line she said I really don't have the extra money to give right now because of my finances are really really tight right now.and I really felt sad for her because I thought why was she put on the spot and had to explain why she couldn't Roundup her change? I felt so bad for her because she was standing there with her young daughter and they looked very ashamed they were shamed by your person at the register.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I have never been treated so rudely as I have by one of the cashiers. And then watching how she talks to one of the workers there is just deplorable. It makes me not want to go back in to this location. Where are those christian values modelled?

Love this place! Better quality items then what you typically find at Goodwill. Very friendly staff!

Prices have gone up. Getting too expensive for me to shop there like before. On social security and can't afford new prices for used items.

Good place to find all sorts of second hand items. Good for the environment to reduce the amount of new things we buy so definitely glad for places like this! Selection of clothes household jewelry books furniture holiday items.they might even have a kitchen sink

Great place. Variety. Deals. Friendly staff. Worth the trip. We have found some wonderful items as well as costume pieces.

Overpriced they had a Kodak Brownie Eastman for $30 and I found the exact model on eBay for $10 with a $5 shipping and the store needs organized and cleaned. They had damaged furniture that was beyond repair and was also over priced. I'll stick to the reading road locations and the west side one because I have found way better deals at those. I'm guessing they over charge because of the area

Good location to purchase work clothes or old glassware.some of the art work is very nice.remember most of these items are dated.

A great place to go junkin with your family. Also a lovely organization to support in your community.

Nice store, large selection of female clothes, and children's items. Pretty lamps, some furnishings.

I was lucky enough to have a lady named Lisa hep me and she was a huge help. Thanks Lisa my daughter's homecoming dance was perfect!

Very nice people. Prices are a bit high for a used donation store. (some items) but ok over all.

Prices are reasonable and there was a worker there that went out of her way to help me find a pair of shoes I could wear to my new job. Thank you for being kind and helpful

Love to find things here and great prices. Only downside is staff complaining about staff. Big pet peeve of mine.
