Stahls' Transfer Express, Mentor OH

I have ordered all of my transfers from Transfer Express for over a decade. All has gone well until recently. Recently I ordered transfer when I received them the colors that were suppose to be a bright blues were deep purple. After a phone call I was told to read the fine print that they were not reponsible for the colors. They offered me 15% discount if I wanted to reprint them. Be sure to reads the fine print before ordering.

I ordered transfers for our school from Transfer Express. FedEx shipped the transfers to someone else and would do NOTHING to rectify the situation. Transfer Express shipped us new transfers (via UPS) at NO COST! Thank you, Transfer Express!

We ordered $800 in shirts from their website and the heat press material, we followed all of the recommended settings and the shirts kept getting scorched. We called to get help and they were not able to help us. They told us we couldn’t return the unused shirts and that they aren’t responsible for the shirts they sell not being able to be used for heat pressing. What! How can you sell something used for a specific purpose yet not be responsible when it’s not correct? We even tried lower settings and the shirts still scorched. We tested other shirts we purchased from a local vendor with no issues at all. They even recommended the proper shirts. We would be able to get a refund for the $776.22 in useless shirts we were sold.

Not Happy with their customer service. I did not receive what I ordered. Then they try to make it my fault. I received something completely different than the Preview image that is on the screen before you make you purchase. Terrible Job!

If I could give Stahls' Transfer Express more than 5 stars. I would! I have been a customer for a while now and NEVER had any issues! I can rely on them for superior and quality products and service. They never disappoint! I will continue doing business with them. They offer informative and helpful videos, hold cool contests and they assist with questions and concerns. They really do help us grow our business! I would not have made it this far without them! Account eu875 order $259 worth of print transfer that never works and sitting here in my office when called and told the about the transfer don’t work they told me it’s to late to report the problem since I had both last year smh ‍️ please don’t order from these people

Horrible experience, got prints followed the instructions which didn't work, the print called for hot peel which didn't work, cold peel worked best, then I was told they couldn't help us out and that we need a specific press for it to work. They clearly thought I'm new to this when im not. I do not recommend this company, the price was good but ofcourse too good to be true. Never buying from here again.

Basically promised the job and then it's totally turned around I've tied for three positions and I'm overqualified for all of them yet I didn't get it I think that's why I didn't get it because I am over qualified

Loyal customer for years thrown to the curb basically since 2020. The quality of knowledgeable employees has plummeted. Most seem to STILL be working from home. We are moving on, they have burned us for the last time.

I love Transfer Express. The designer is so easy to use and my customers love the way their shirts turn out.

First time ordering with Transfer Express gave me high hopes! A fancy upload
System! Options upon options for transfer types and levels and degrees of choices. I was super excited. When it came time to press, the paper I paid to have cut for me was crooked (gridded paper) so centering and leveling the shirts took on a new challenge. The transfers were sloppy. Goofproof solution on the back of the transfer, random splotches of color on the transfer that ruined multiple shirts. Overall would NOT recommend business. Will absolutely save my hard earned money and ruin shirts only when I want to. What an absolute disaster. Do not recommend. Sloppy work.

Updated 12/13/22- stahls reaches out in an effort to show “commitment to excellence in their product” and then demands the transfers back that were obviously used in my photos (which explains the poor review). A ridiculous example of standing behind your product. Will be actively acknowledging this company for what it is and what it glaringly IS NOT.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM.

Updated 12/14/22- They adjusted their posture and realigned themselves with their original suggestion for reconciliation. I am thankful this is the position they took while still leery of having to gamble a successful run, in the future, without pulling hen’s teeth. Given the price tag associated with the work you anticipate a product that matches in caliber. Even though my heart interests me in another attempt (again, initially I was very excited by the options they presented) I’m not convinced I personally could risk it.

Proceed with optimism and I hope my experience was the exception, not the rule.

Disappointed in new terms and conditions not updating customers with email, letter, whatsoever making it difficult for my small business

Really easy to design & order. Reasonable pricing. Order extra and go over them with a keen eye before pressing or you will risk having stray ink that ruins whatever you press onto.

Updating review:
Terrible customer service that does not respond in a timely manor. After waiting for 3 weeks for a response, we moved on and had to go a completely alternative route (scrapping the transfers we had used, as we had already ruined so many products trying different methods). They finally responded that the only option was to send the transfers back to them (at our cost) for a potential refund only if they found defect. Not willing to pay more to ship back to a company that I now have zero trust in, and would expect to tell me that their product is totally fine anyways.

This was my first time using a transfer service. I found it easy to upload my design, the transfers arrived quickly and the pressing process went very smoothly. I will definitely use Transfer Express again.
