Worked here for roughly 8 years as a maintenance technician. Overall I enjoyed the job. The reason I left was due to needing day shift and I couldn't wait any longer for them to make it happen.

I worked as a temp for Stanley Electric for 10 months. Due to industry cutbacks they had to let me go. I was very sad about this. I still hope to someday become a direct hire employee. If I was a direct hire employee it would have gotten five stars. I will keep trying.

Worst place ever! I was there for only one week and the coordinator give me trouble because i can't hit the number! I was doing that work for only 3 days! I talked to her and let her know that im new i just started.and i understand the problem with me was my skin because im black she gave me more pressure. She is a racist.i walked out after only week. Worst place ever.

This was honestly the worst job i’ve ever had, i would rather clean gas station toilets with my tongue than work here. Management and team leads were horrible. The last straw here was im black and i was doing my job correctly and they call me to the office (Glenn) to give me a written warning for skipping the process.he said he caught me on camera i told him to play the video and it wasn’t me it was another coworker which he’s black also on a different line.i just started laughing and told them that wasn’t me.i didn’t even heard an apology they just sent me back to work. DO NOT APPLY HERE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Value your life

Associates are awesome! They are very safety conscious, and customer oriented keep up the good work

I have been experienced an embarrassed situation at Stanley, a shameless situation where I have been kick out of orientation by pretexting to fail orientation test, but it's not true, I know why, thank you Stanley, there is not something serious at Stanley I couldn't do, my reading and listening is good as my speaking. That a shame, I am legal in the country, I have to to work and I am qualify.i will never forget this embarrass situation

The management is rude will flat out laugh at you if you go to them with a problem -100000/10 would no recommend to my worse enemy and go to higher ups and following the chain of command don't get you far and they wonder why people don't really stay and they are always short staffed and don't have enough people to run lines

I had worked here for 3 and a half years, learned all the positions of my line in about the first nine months. But during my first year at stanley I had lost the front tire of my car and was late to voluntary OT. Later on I had car issues because of the tire damaging my half shaft and in turn led me to have to work on my motor itself.which left me with a written warning from my shift manager D. G.but afterwards he watched me nearly everyday slowly driving me up the wall.when I had problems with my vehicle again during winter I received my final warning from D. G.afterwards he made it an effort to find any reason to fire me. When my father was hurt and couldnt drive to his appointments I took it to myself to put in my two week notice to quit stanley at which D. G.said directly to my face "we didnt need you here anyways". But even though he had said this to me, Glenn supported my decision and because of him I will at least try and get rehired at stanley to give them another chance.

Was there about 7 months. Started out great but the longer you are there, the worse they treat you. Any error in production is AUTOMATICALLY the associates fault and they are punished with write ups for problems 99% of the time the machines cause. Management is rude and not helpful at all. The office workers are also not helpful and think they are better than everyone. Would not recommend. Ever.

So I am editing my review. Hindsight is 20/20 and after a couple other experiences since leaving Stanley, it was one of the best places I've worked. Negativity and impulse caused me to leave.

I have been Employed by Stanley electric since 2013. Started as a temporary, hired full time and quickly became a team lead. My experience with working at Stanley is wonderful. Great associates, easy job tasks, decent pay. Stanley is a family of its own if you let them be. Stanley takes care of you if you take care of them. Like I tell my associates your Work life at Stanley is what you make it. You can’t get wrapped up in drama, rumors or negativity and expect to be happy working.
Positivity makes things a million times different:)
There’s always postings on the board to grow into larger positions if wanted, plenty of overtime hours to work if desired and multiple departments to learn (:
I Will forever continue to recommend Stanley Electric to people and have our Stanley Family grow stronger with each associate.

This place has two entrances. One for trucks and one for visitors. There is a security gate at the visitor's entrance.
