The crew, Jaleel and Jerry Allen, who cleaned my carpets were fast efficient, and they did an excellent job. Also they were exceptionally polite and very pleasant to talk with. I thought Stanley Steemer was the best option to remove dog urine stains from my mattress. They did not remove a single stain and it looks just the same as it was before. I gave the business 3 stars because the person who performed the job was very polite and careful. I was going to schedule an appointment to clean all the carpet in my home but I don’t trust them anymore.
