I called the same day and was able to secure an appointment, which was excellent because i was working from home. The time I had scheduled was met with a surprise call asking if I wanted done sooner because some one cancelled, which was more convenient for me.

The service man was here approximately 1 hour and he did a fantastic job on all three rooms.

I would highly recommend this company as I have used them several times.

Bill and Darren were friendly and professional. Completed the service in a timely manner and provided relevant information about the cleaning service they provided. Will definitely use Stanley Steamer again and refer to family and friends!

The two gentlemen that came to clean my carpet were very polite and personable. They did an amazing job. They are a little expensive, but well worth it. This will definitely be the only company I will use.

I had vent cleaning and carpet cleaning done vents one day and carpets the next day. The employees that came to my house were very courteous and did a thorough job. The only issue I had was the carpet crew told me about a savings plan that would have saved me 20% on my duct cleaning since that was already paid for I feel I missed out on potential savings. The folks on the phone should have mentioned this too me.

The team did a super job! I’ve been using stanley Steemer for years and the service and products they sell are very good. I’m always amazed at not only the stains they can remove as well as the pet odors. Thank you!

John and Frank did an excellent job of revitalizing the carpet throughout the house. When I scheduled the service, I was given an appointment window between 1 & 5. John and Frank arrived at 1 and wasted no time getting started. They were very professional and attended to specific concerns I had with the carpet. The cleaning took less time than expected and the carpet looks great!

The guys were very knowledgable and friendly. Project was done in about 45-60 minutes. They were careful about making sure nothing got damage in the house due to hoses. Great experience.
The grout in our floor had not been sealed and is older so it was not possible to get it as light as original. The option of color seal was presented but we plan to replace within a year.
