Staples, Lewis Center OH

Loved the wonderful customer service here! Went in looking for a new office chair and a wonderfully helpful and not pushy associate named Mark helped answer all our questions, let us try out as many chairs as we wanted, and priced some insight on them when he could.

I use Staples as a component, a very important component of my private counseling practice. I rely on their services several times a week and they have always given me the highest level of customer service and quality materials. The copy department has a dynamic leader named Nancy. She is kind and responsive to whatever need I have presented her and her team with. They are a part of my team, Dr. Brian Patterson

I rarely ever take the time to post a review but am taking the time now to thank store employee named Luke for all his help at the Lewis Center store. Luke was proactive and truly cared about which office chairs my wife and I were purchasing. If he couldn't answer a question he immediately reached out to someone who could rather than making up an answer. Extremely nice young man who has a very bright future ahead of him. Luke deserves to be recognized by Staples management as an excellent employee.

We ordered Christmas cards from here this year because we just had a baby and were really behind on planning this! The cards turned out fine, but the envelopes were EXACTLY the same size as the cards. So we couldn't use them because they had zero wiggle room to fit. It stinks that we now have to go someplace else to get envelopes when we shouldn't have to.

Very helpful print staff and plenty of options for posters, brochures, business cards & labels. The team waited on me, worked through different affordable options and I was very impressed with Conner. He helped tremendously!

I used to get my business prints here each week but the customer service has gone downhill. I'll be taking my regular business elsewhere, from now on. A girl with short dark hair and glasses, and a nasty attitude, needs to be better trained so she can obtain some customer service skills.

Has all the office supplies you could need but also kinda expensive considering its next to a Walmart

The staff in their copy-center is extremely friendly and quick to finish orders. They helped design my friend's wedding invitations and they turned out FANTASTIC! Highly recommend!

Associate cashier was extremely helpful pointing out a related sale offer and took care of storing our shopping cart.

Went to staples to order printed christmas cards and found the staff friendly and very helpful. Good job also.

I just needed to fax something. Got pointed to the fax machine self serve. Someone came in behind me and they faxed it for her and rung her out there. I finished my fax was done, the girls working were laughing and joking around and wouldn't ring me up when they weren't even helping anyone. I had to wait and line at the register. They weren't busy I could have paid right there. I feel they blew me off and they were very rude. I won't go there again.

This review goes out to Juan. At lease I hope I caught his name right. The gentlemen at register on 10/16/18 at 2: 11. I purchased an item from another store in which was defective. The store (Wal-Mart) in which I bought from would not exchange the item, even with receipt, which was bought the morning before. I happen to walk into Staples to see if the item could be tested. They dont have a way to do it, but Juan said he would make it right. He did for sure! Saved me most likely from having to wait weeks for the manufacturer to deal with it. One of the best employees I've come in contact with. Was right there to greet me, less then a min and he resolved the situation, great manners. Now this is customer service at its best. Thank you Juan, that was highly greatly appreciated. You made my day. Now I can make the day for my customers. Thank you

I had a great time at Staples. They laminated three items reasonably priced. Gave me an extra cord I needed since they had an extra in their supplies. I got a good price on a large quantity of batteries. There were four individuals who assisted me and they were all stectacular.
