3I’ve been here a few times for a car wash and every time the drying fan hasn’t been working.
Too bad I can't do a zero star, maybe even negatives. Blonde female talked to me last week and right out refused to do the oil change because she'd have to do it alone. I went to the Coshocton avenue star Brite was absolutely amazing, and even agreed the staff at this one is horrible.
Husband comes in yesterday in his way home from work and has the audacity to chare him $72 THEN be absolutely rude? Absolutely not. Get batter staff or close the dandamn place. Nate and RJ should probably learn how to talk to people. They're lucky it was my husband and not me. I would have put it in park and waited for an apology and my money back.
Went in for a car wash not realizing that they closed at 7PM, they were kind enough to let us go through at 6: 59! Felt so bad but they were so kind.
