Was able to walk-in and get my nails done when they were full (I believe homecoming rush). Shape is beautiful, & so smooth. I completely forgot to get the techs name but he was so sweet and kind and did a fantastic job! He did a gorgeous blue set right before me so I'll definitely be returning for his services!

Anytime you go to STAR NAILS, ask for a receipt, they up charge you and charge for services not rendered! I was told $117, when I asked for receipt, I was charged a lot of bogus services, when I got done with my receipt, I ended up paying $90, my nail tech was HUNG! Please be careful! I will never return, this is the second time, I’ve had bad experience, after the first, I had to remove all my nails!

Emily is the best nail tech as I got compliments at work 4 weeks later. I went today and can't wait for my work friends to see her work! Excellent

I called to make an appointment but was told to come as a walk in. My First Mistake.
I had to wait, understandably. I was seated first at a table, then at a pedicure bowl. Waiting so long that the water got cold. The short version of this miserable experience is that I did get a cold pedicure. There was no explanation of what pedicure I was to receive or even a choice. I gathered from another client that this salon only offers gel pedicures. I chose to apply my own polish when I got home. Not sorry either because my nails were roughly filed and sharp. As for my gel manicure, no manicure. I did receive what was called a polish change. I was shortchanged on services but paid the same price as a quality salon.
No, I would NOT recommend this business. Poor technicians and poor professional service.

This is the best nail salon in the area. My daughter & I always leave happy with great nails.

Star Nails did beautiful work! Mia provided a relaxing pedicure and Hung made gorgeous cat eyes on my fingers! Highly recommend!

The nails look great. We had a wait because we didn’t have an appointment which is understandable. There are two things that I would say were noteworthy. 1) the color I took a picture of didn’t seem to match the color brought to the table. I told the tech and we made that clarification. He brought back a red with the right number but the color I wanted was actually pink not red. What upset me was that my daughter had a nail art put on without getting permission or agreeing to it. She didn’t even select the design. She is 13 and told the nail tech that she wanted to ask me and when they did ask, another tech told me the art was already applied when in fact it was not! This was an additional 14.00 for a small flower on one finger. My daughter tried to say no, but the tech pushed her and then got another person involved who then came back to my table, lied to me saying it was “too late, already done” then told my daughter I approved it! They THEN applied the flower. Again, she didn’t even pick a flower design!? We did not discover this all occurred the way it did until we were driving home and talking about the situation when I asked why she picked a flower, which is not her style. Just be mindful that you may have to be careful and watch with some of the techs there. The nails turned out wonderful but you need to make sure you get what you want and be really clear what you don’t want.

Everyone that works here are super nice. The quality of work is amazing. The customer service is the best I've found in town!

Staff was busy, but those helping me were friendly, timely, and gentle regardless. Looking forward to coming back for future nail services.

Gel only. I can't comment on actual completed service. I made an appt, arrived to a very busy larger salon; however it appeared adequately staffed. After sign in, I was informed they only do gel and no regular polish for a pedicure. I left bc my pedicures stay on well with regular polish and I did not want the hassle of removing gel.

They were very busy, but I had a very short wait. They really take time to pamper you a bit before your actual polish. Amazing!:)
