Star Nails II & Spa, Niles OH

I love the atmosphere at Star Nails. My gal today was super friendly and took her time. My toes look really good! She did a great job:) I will definitely be back!

I have not been here before. I went in and they took me right away. I didn't have to wait. The man that did my nails was very quick and efficient. They are beautiful

My nails look amazing only thing that I was a little upset about was I was quoted $45 on the phone when I made my appointment, for just a full acrylic set with one color and they charged me more because my nails were short and they also charged me because I got the shape of coffin and they didn’t tell me that it was an extra charge cause I had short nails and they didn’t tell me it was an extra charge because I had coffin shape, Until I got to the register and since I paid with card it was $71 but if I paid cash it was $68 I expected it to be 45 since I only got one color I didn’t expect it to be a different charge because my fingernails were short and I didn’t expect to be a charge because I chose the shape of coffin nails. I did expect them to be a little bit of a difference in the price because of paying with Card instead of cash, I just wish they were more clear about their prices and why they charge more for certain things.

First time going with my grandma and sister. I was very impressed with how beautiful the place is. Our nails turned out beautiful as well. But what really impressed me was how kind they treated my granny. Her feet wasn’t ideal for the the pedicures and they still made it work. Even helped my granny with her socks and shoes and helped her up. Thank you for going the extra mile

They were very kind and the work looks even better then the inso picture and the nails are so strong very pleasing to walk into!

Beautiful facility with friendly staff. I love their automated check-in system that gives you an option to leave a review. I needed to get in and out before work and they were more than accommodating. I would definitely recommend especially if you are looking for a nail salon that opens earlier than 10am.

I’ve always had a decent experience here until recently. While taking off my gel polish, an older lady filed my nails so thin that they’re red and very painful. My nails have always been healthy until now. I just want to warn anyone coming here that they do not care about your nail health!

I have had Jack twice and Henna once and they were both good. The place is clean and they were both fast. Lots of choices of colors and convenient hours.

Pretty much the only salon I go to. I do not get my nails done often, just holidays. The last few times I’ve been here have been great. Very clean and polite!

Star nails ll were great again. I think his name was Andy but I kno it was chair 8. I brought him a pic of the art I wanted on my nails and he did perfectly!

I was referred here and advised Jack does an awesome job! I’ve been coming several times now for Fill & Pedi and YES Jack not only does a superb job on both my hands and nail, but also very kind and personable!

Have been going for several months now. Emily does a great job and the deluxe pedicure is one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had.

After all the money I spent plus I gave Annie good tips. Annie and the lady on the phone would not correct and fix 2 broken nails. I would have paid. So looking for a new place.

I don't mind paying for quality, however 120.00 and polish came off on toe after one hour -ridiculous and unacceptable! I was told to bring my daughter
back in to repolish the one nail-absolutely not! They took no accountability, no apology, stated owner wasn't in, very unprofessional! Avoid THIS OVERPRICED nail place, lots more to choose from.

Absolutely loved my experience today! Got something cute for Halloween for once. I have never done any "themed" nails before but couldn't be happier about what I got today!

The staff was friendly, the shop is clean and beautiful and our nail technician was outstanding. This was our first of many future visits to come. We highly recommend them!
