Starbucks, Dublin OH

If I could give negative starts I would first she rings the transaction up all the way wrong then doesn’t want to refund me my money I paid and I used cash it’s not hard to hit void and refund and now I’m gonna be late for work because they don’t want to give me my money back then she come up to me with a Kroger’s gift card for ten bucks but used a 20$ bill and didn’t receive any change at that I had to find someone who speaks English just so I could explain it to them because she kept saying something about 6$ And I’m like no 14$ is what I’m owed

If i could rate a negative i would. I was the only person waiting and they ignored me for 15 minutes. While they cleaned instead of taking my order. And when they finally did decide to take my order they were very rude and complained about my “tall pumpkin creme cold brew”. Never coming back. Not pleased at all.

I would rate it a negative if possible because i have got a coffee and banana nut bread when i saw the date it was 2 months old. I generally don’t give any feedback for any stores but this i want to report so that others can see the stuff what they eat. I spoke with the store customer care they simply said come and get a fresher item if u would like.they are not even concerned that they are selling 2 months old stuff.i have spoken with regular starbucks store they mention they only sell the product less than 2-3 days old. People who shop here please check before u eat anything from this store.

I do not drink coffee. I only go to Starbucks because they are so kind that they spend money packaging their used coffee grinds and coffee filters to give to people like me. I'm an avid gardener, and I'm able to grow more produce because of the kindness of the different Starbucks. Anytime you buy coffee at Starbucks, you're also helping the environment and hard-working gardeners. Yeh, Starbucks!

Couldnt get served Sunday at 4: 30pm because the barista was talking too much to cat-eared customer. I walked away. So did the woman behind me.

My friend came and had tea. He told me that the place sucks. I wasn't so sure for myself, so I tested it out. I told the barista, "Can I have a pumpkin latte? ". She told me that she doesn't give drinks/food to pigs.never coming back.

Here is my honest Starbucks rap:
It tastes like pee,
It was supposed to be tea
It was ordered to be hot,
But she made it not,
This place sucks,
This place gets a lot of yucks,

Typical Starbucks but a bit less seating friendly than some of the other Starbucks in town. Has a great drive through if you need coffee on the go, but be prepared for long queues in the morning rush hour.

Surprisingly good lunch sandwiches. Like the drive thru too. Worth setting corporate political views aside to enjoy.

Of all Starbucks in Columbus, this one has a bad parking lot and drive through layout, and the drive through line and wait is always very long. This Starbucks should limit drive through orders to 2 drinks and force people who need larger orders to go inside.
