26Drinks are not correctly even after making them twice. They can not make drinks correctly! Horrible service!
Brown St. Starbucks is my favorite around! I love how knowledgeable and friendly the baristas are at this location.
I placed a mobile order which was supposed to be ready by 3: 53 I arrived at 4: 16 and my order was not in view. I waited like 7-10 mins for the line to clear and I had to yell excuse me 3xs then finally asked the gentleman cashier if they had mobile order ready. He walked over with sheer irritation on his face and picked up my watered down coffee and handed over to me and without offering a straw or anything! I won’t ever be giving my business or money to this location because I’m not in the market of giving my hard earned money to a piss poor merchant!
This was my first time being at Starbucks and I was really happy, the worker was very helpful with my Questions.it was my Birthday blessing from a friend.t

They messed my online order completely up. I asked for extra whip. And my drink didn’t even fill the cup. This cup should be full of whip goodness. But it’s not. Definitely won’t go to this one again.
We waited almost 15 minutes to place our order, and there was only 2 customers in front of us. Then, we waited for 22 minutes to get 2 drinks. Sorry, but Starbucks is definitely not worth the time or price, that a person pays for that coffee. To be honest, fresh ground Speedway and Dunkin, is better!
I went there the other day for a carmel frappi crunch with extra extra carmel there were about 5 people behind the counter and it took almost a hour for my drink to be made the guy Barista there charged me twice for my drink that wasnt even what i asked there was no carmel in the drink at all, worst experience there EVER
Would it kill you to send straws with your fancy iced coffees? I have no other complaint other than the fact that y’all never send straws. And I also don’t understand why there’s 4 other star bucks closer to me than this one but it’s still the only one I can get on door dash or Uber eats.
I've gotta learn how th o make those egg bites, they're so expensive, but they're extremely addictive!
Horrible customer service. Emily at the register is too scared of covid-19 to properly deal with customers she has no business working the register and act the way she does. And for the manager nick to be ok with her attitude and actions towards customers is even worse. Treating customers badly because your scared to interact with human beings is not a place I wanna spend my money at any longer.
Starbucks are the best except when you get 2 lg coffees 2 coffee cakes that had flavor of hazelnut in then wrong and crunb cake dry as ever not a good start in the morning to get wrong coffee indeed
I love this place and thee only reasons I give it 3 stars instead of 5 is because it is usually freezing inside! And the music can be pretty loud too.
Opened a bag of Sumatran to make me a pour over and were happy to do it. Great service and Intel on food nearby
Great place to study if you can find a table, generally very busy (which a good thing!), and good service.
Fast, friendly service. Clean and comfortable. Always well stocked. Very efficient with mobile orders.
Extremely crowded in mornings, and parking is difficult.
That said, it’s reliable Starbucks coffee and fare, and the UD-student dominated staff is friendly. Between 8-10 am, don’t plan on fast service and your wait will be lengthy. Also be aware that this is a near-campus urban location with no drive through.
I now only do mobile ordering at Starbucks & this location only gets my order correct only about 50% of the time. I do mobile ordering to save time. When the order is incorrect, I usually don’t find out until I’ve driven away. If I do realize it in the store, I don’t have time to have it corrected.
Also, a few years ago, I tried coming here to get some work done, but the main sitting area was way too sunny in the afternoon to see my laptop screen.
The coffee is good but every time me and my boyfriends mom go in there, we both get coffees with extra shots of espresso and they charge us but NEVER put it in our coffee I’m highly pissed off over this it happens every time we come in
I would have given 5 stars however my latte was warm not hot and the staff could be a little more pleasant
