Starbucks, Grove City OH

I got a frappuccino today and it was like drinking frozen milk because they didn't bother to put any strawberry in it I left the complaint on the customer service but never heard nothing back

This is the worst Starbucks. If you have a dairy allergy or vegan stay tf away. They're rude and even when you correct them on your order they STILL will give you the wrong order. Trash.

There barista’s were amazing this morning and super quick and nice. The drink they made were amazing! #grovecityohio

This location is my staple Starbucks! They are always on time and great service! Keep up the great work!

Location is great, associates pleasant - just disappointed in my grande Mocha, was 2/3 full, guess the whipped cream melted alittle too much

So disappointed! I ordered the same style frappucino that a SB barista recommended to me years ago that I've gotten at SBs from here in Ohio to NY to FL, and many points in between.

The manager said they couldn't do it - because they had no way to measure the amount of Cold Brew that would be analogous to the amount of frap roast coffee. And no way to charge for it. Seriously?

I've actually gotten that same drink numerous times AT THIS SBs as well as at many others. It's not complicated. And here I thought they wanted us to love our drink.

The woman had no interest in trying to help me with my order at all. Left me with a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak.

I highly recommend the coffee frappucino with Cold Brew instead of Frap Roast - but not at this SBs! Good grief!

Walked in to order because there was 11 cars in the drive thru. I was the only person in the store. They made 9 Drive thru orders before they made my order.
Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They were very fast, friendly, and efficient. The order was accurate, and the drinks were delicious. Pup cup for our pup. Would highly recommend.

Thanks for not letting me use a bathroom due to “COVID” after a very long drive and massive urge to pee. Not professional actions focused on “customers first”

I always go this location despite there being more than 3 Starbucks on Stringtown Rd. They always make delicious drinks and I never leave disappointed. Other locations have forgotten my almond milk substitute and that’s a big problem as I’m lactose intolerant! By far the best drinks and service in the grove city area.

Stopped on our way passing through. Tried a new drink, the strawberry acai teavanna. It is wonderful.

Friendly faces, great service and great products. Love Starbucks and its ability to offer consistent services across the country. Clean nice store, well maintained and even more important well staffed.

Very slow inside. Took 10 minutes to place order - we were only ones in line. Then took another 14 minutes to get 2 coffees of which they forgot one. Drive through however was fast.they don't make inside drinks unless drive through is empty.

This Starbucks is mostly reasonable with the speed of service but as soon as the weather warms up the inside of the store becomes completely filled with flies, telling me that the store is either dirty or trash is not being removed. It's absolutely disgusting to have flies landing on your face and hands constantly. I spoke with management and they acknowledged the problem although they provided no solution to it.

When they fix this issue I will update my review

Terrible attitude on some of these employees. Always advertise blond roast but only serve it in the morning when I asked the guy who was helping me why, a girl interrupted and told me it "costs too much money because not enough people order it. " After I changed my order, I asked him about sizes and she insisted on answering that question too. I told her it seemed like she had all the answers and she replied "I have been here 3 years so I do. Have a nice day" in a snotty voice. I have spent a lot of money there but will not be returning. One bad apple.

Service has been quick in both the morning and afternoon when walking in for service. The drive-thru is a nice addition.

Came to this Starbucks for a short work meeting. I came in and was offered a free sample, loved it! Then I asked if they accepted personal checks because I accidnelty left my wallet at home. They told me that can’t accept personal checks, but offered me some water. About half way through my meeting, the lady (I think her name is Jess) who gave me the free sample gave me a venti latte on the house! Such a kind gesture
