Starbucks, Cincinnati OH

Ask for a Mocha iced coffee that I get at other Starbucks and they said they'd never made it and asked me basically how to make it, and I ordered 5 Ventis which is a lot of money and they were undrinkable So bitter, so I guess when she asked if she should put the sugar syrup in along with the chocolate, I said I don't know I've never been asked that, I'm guessing she didn't put it in and that's what made it so bitter. Had to throw them all out, much less a wasted trip. This happened today and I am going to call the manager, I just didn't want to go into it at the window with 10 cars behind me. Disappointing

I know its a holiday! My drink was great but did online an still had to wait but I do get it, its a holiday weekend, be patient!

Start buck's needs to be on every corner like a gas station or liquor, store because anytime of the day it's always a long line.plus I pretty much buy a drink every day I feel they can do a little better with their coffee rewards if I buy at least buy 6 drink's why can't the 7th be free? I'm gonna come back regardless but when Competition in the coffee game appears y'all gonna try to appreciate us! Lol.

I don't use Italian words. I literally said small and he said that I said venti. Lol I would never. Small medium and large! Needs to learn to pay attention to customers and take accountability.

10 out of 10 would not recommend this Starbucks. A turtle could have made my NITRO faster. Pull the lever and make the drink. Took 19 minutes. Great job… not.

Staffing has went down hill at this location. Having frequented here for some years I will be changing my morning stop for sure.

This has got to be one of the best Starbucks in all of Ohio. Coffee is consistently fresh and drinks always taste perfect! The staff here is also extremely friendly.

What a wonderful experience. The coffee beans must have been hauled straight from Columbia. The bean was so fresh I thought the prince of Bellaire delivered them himself.

I will go out of my way to visit this Starbucks location. The staff here are always happy and friendly, and eager to provide the best guest experience.

It's Starbucks. The drive thru line is long. Ordered online but still waited 20 minutes on the drive thru line to pick it up.

I love this Starbucks location. Aiden is wonderful and always makes my day when I see him there! So friendly and such an amazing personality! I would recommend this location to anyone!

This has to be the worst Starbucks! Drive thru line usually takes 20min to get through. Not sure why this specific store has so many problems.

I love this location & every worker EXCEPT the older white lady at the window drive thru who is obsessed w Broncos because she is RUDE AF always cuts us off when we give our order & if she repeats our order wrong, she gets mad & gives US attitude, get rid of her already

This location is extremely slow. After waiting almost 20 minutes for my drink they made it wrong and want to argue with me about it. So threw it in the garbage and left. Terrible customer service.

This location is always closed! I don’t know what’s going on with the hours but it’s so frustrating! The management needs to get it together

Had to get off the highway so I decided to go into Starbucks and use my Verizon up reward. Very nice crew, very clean store!

Went to tri county Starbucks for two hot caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. Hit the highway and took a sip. Something was wrong. It was tasteless fluffy nothing. Stopped at our Colerain fave location, the manager looked at the inside and said oh that’s not right at all, they fixed us right up no problem! Desia, the newest barista fixed them like she had been doing this a million years! Thank you Stonecreek Starbucks! We promise not to venture again!

Ok these sporadic hours are starting to get old! I understand there may be Covid cases in the building but to completely shut down is ridiculous! Pull employees from neighboring stores! First the hours were 5am-1 and that didn’t last long and now it’s not open at all. Come on! It’s inconvenient to have to travel to Forest Park or Harrison Ave!

We like the service, sometimes to much of a line for just coffee, prices are very high for when you think about what you are drinking my wife always likes a hot coffee, so I pay the $6.00 hot water.lol

This is an extremely slow location even for mobile orders. They have extra employees standing around while 1 person makes mobile drinks and another for the drive thru and in store orders. I’ve waited around 25 minutes either way ordering this week each day.
