Starbucks, Fairborn OH

This is a great store. I have always said the key to a good latte is a little love. And my lattes here have ALWAYS been good and on time.

Perfect for a person on the move. Note that there is no drive through here. You will have to pick up inside, but worth it!

Disorganized there was a lot of commotion it was difficult to tell which line to get in to order in which line to get into pickup but it was my first time there and it was probably other customers like me being first timers not so much because of staff. The staff was friendly

I used to be a fan of this location, but now give my business to Dunkin'. Prices are less and coffee is much better.

Good staff but it could be cleaner and smell less like a dirty trash can near where we get our drinks once ordered. Standing there waiting is nauseating. Please do better or ill apply and show show you how when youre not busy you clean that trash area has never smelled clean to me

Of all Starbucks locations this is my favorite. It's usually far faster than any other location in the area.

Starbucks is the worst. Overpriced, cold coffee. I prefer local coffee spots. I made the mistake of thinking Starbucks somehow improved. WRONG!

So they pick and choose when they stay open. Not just this week. They close randomly. Beavercreek does it too. Huber as well. Why not just shut them down for good. Huber messes up over half of what we order. Like i only go as last resort but would like a coffee shop to rely on.

This place is definitely not open until 10: 00 pm. I showed up at 8: 00 pm on a Friday and it was closed. There were no alternate hours posted or a holiday. It was very discouraging.

Very good service, even while busy. One drink our party ordered was incorrect, but the batista was VERY understanding and immediately fixed the mistake.

We arrived at the stroke of 5pm when the store was closing. (Who ever heard of Starbucks closing at 5pm?) The staff spent more time telling me that store was closed than it would have taken them to pour me a coffee that was already prepared.

I spend thousands of $$$ a year at Starbucks for personal and corporate events. First time I have been treated this way at Starbucks. Very disappointing.

I am a past Starbucks employee. The utter disrespect and incompetence from management to the barista’s is absolutely unheard of. In addition, never go here if you are hungry. They will NEVER have your sandwich at this location or most locations. I’ve tried ordering a spinach and feta wrap over the last 5 years from this location and they never once had it they are always “currently out”. If you are currently out constantly it means the managers and shift supervisors are not doing their jobs and ordering the correct products for the customers. It’s simple supply and demand. I cannot believe how far the customer service etiquette has fallen at any Starbucks as well. Maybe you guys should stick to serving coffee and breakfast sandwiches instead of getting political.

Online says it closes at 10 PM… Staff seem to have closed 30 minutes early at 9: 30 PM instead.no note on the door —2 staff I guess there.
Soo why?

My favorite coffe. I love the individual packets 5 to a box os instant iced coffe. My closest starbucks is 90 minutes awa. I wish I could order on liñe

Great and friendly service. My drink wasn't the way I wanted, because the app didn't specify hot on the ticket. They replaced the drink with the correct one instanly and didnt make a big deal about it. Also gave me a small cup of whipped cream, no problem! I always feel bad asking for things like that, but they were very friendly and helpful, and I really aprreciated it!

Store was spotlessly clean. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. My order was taken promptly, and I was also given a few tips on how to order my beverage to get exactly what I want. (Because of course, I never follow the norm). LOL!
Would not hesitate to return!
