Starbucks, Akron OH

Always fast and we all know Starbucks is pretty good. I think this is just a poor location for it. It gets so much business that the line creates traffic in the road since people have to wait in the road for drive thru.

Such a miserable location! Sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. It moved a total of 2 cars in that 20 minutes. Decided to do a mobile order and go inside instead, hoping it would be quicker. Nope. Waited for almost 30 minutes for the mobile order. So it ended up taking me almost an hour for a stupid coffee and egg bites. The staff all seem super friendly, but nothing at Starbucks should take that long to receive. If you're short staffed, close the lobby and focus only on drive-thru or vise versa. I personally will never go back to this location.

Come on Starbucks get it together, this was the 3rd time in 2 weeks our order was made wrong and it was disgusting and we waisted money because we had to throw it away! Getting tired of complaining and waisting money and getting nowhere!

Trash they can never get my drinks made correctly I always have to come back a second time for them to correct my order

The barista's always make you feel special when they make your drink to order. I gave them a 4 because they have some trouble when they try to suggest sugar-free or lower sugar options.

What a disaster. The car line was wrapped around the building to the street so cars couldn’t move or get out. They won’t let you sit down in the store. Get over it and make it a better experience for customers.

My absolute favorite starbucks! I only come to this one. I love the people and the atmosphere. Brayden is my favorite Barista ever.

Love me some Starbucks! This location is very busy, but has the BEST staff! My order is always spot on!

Awful parking spaces, good drinks but poor service.waited 15 minutes for my mobile order because the girl was too busy flirting with a costumer to let me know my drink was ready.

Nice place, looked a lot larger from the street. Very happy to have my morning java. Thank you for jump starting my AM!

I was given cold coffee and an attitude and told they can’t take it back due to COVID 19 sanctions. I’ve been an going customer most of my professional career since 2005 an have never had this issue before. Will never use this location again 12/15/21

Haven't been here in awhile and now I remember why.the parking area and drive thru combo is a nightmare! The Frappuccino was good but couldn't hardly taste the SF vanilla in it so it had a strong coffee flavor. I mean, it was almost $7 which I feel is kinda ridiculous. But staff was super nice so there's that. Probably wouldn't return, it's just a mess getting in and out of there.

Order online first and be a Lil late all is great wouldn't try ordering there or drive thru unless u have some time

I love this Starbucks because I am able to order ahead, and get in and out of the store. This store is always so busy, but they employees are great at getting people's orders to them quickly. All of the staff is always super friendly, and I love that about this store.

The guy who took my order and was at the window was the nicest, sweetest human ever. How could you not be in a good mood after speaking to him? ! The line was sooo long and I still was happy because how sweet he was! Great job on hiring him! His name is Braedyn!

Pretty fast service and good coffee. The only downside is the cups always seem to have coffee or some kind of syrup dripping down the side.
