Starbucks, Kent OH

My kids love this place. I think their coffee is too strong and gross. I would rather have McDonald's.

Line wrapped around the whole building but it didn't take more than 10 minutes! I was very pleased because I was in a rush to get to class

I ordered a venti drink, and they gave me like grande amount in a venti cup. The cup is so light, but I didn't noticed that until I left. I ended up received a bad morning.

I love this location! The staff are wonderful and always pleasant. They often take a few extra seconds to ask how you are or how your day is going. Keep up the excellent work!

Overpriced and not that great of coffee. May be "trendy" but give Dunkin donuts anyday and I'd be way happier!

Very busy next to Kent Main Campus. Drive thru people could have been a little nicer this week.

I had the worst morning, and the staff here were unbelievably kind, supportive, caring, and generous. They didn't need to take a few minutes out of their busy day (we all know Starbucks in a college town is busy) to be so comforting and kind, but they did. And their kindness and compassion seriously made my day so much brighter. They went above and beyond and I will never forget that. It truly made my heart feel warm. They deserve all the kindness and love.

Their PSL tastes so different that any other Starbucks PSL I have ever had.and not in a good way.

Come here almost everybmorning on my way to work. Staff are always super friendly and welcoming and really care about you. There was an issue with my order once which I wasn't upset about but they felt really bad and gave me a coupon card for my next order. They go above and beyond. I will always come back and tip so hard.

This location is hit or miss for my frappuccinos. Sometimes its absolutely perfect, and others it's super milky or icey

They are continuously improving. Other Starbucks across papaJones has no drive through, that's why there is a long line in this one, sometimes. Overall, service quality is descent!

Cool atmosphere inside, doesn't feel like a typical starbucks. But their parking/drive through situation is weird, and it's really unnecessary in Kent. There's another Starbucks less than a mile away, and at least two on campus.

If you want to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru or (and even better) 15 minutes in the store, please hop on over to this location. Oh, and if you want to know the best part of the whole experience.they will mess up your drink no matter what you order!
I cannot understand the disconnect in this store. Most of them came from the location down the street and were amazing. I have no idea what happened, but this is BAD!

I go to this drive thru at least three times a week and the drinks, food, and service are usually great. Today however was the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I get the hibiscus refresher everyday and have never had a problem with any of them, but today I noticed it tasted really sour and more bitter than usual. When I looked down, one of the raspberries was covered in MOLD. Can’t believe this happened and not sure when or if I’ll ever go back.

Efficient staff. Love that they have more tables and accessible outlets than most Starbucks I've been in

I drove through the drive thru and asked the girl if she would pick my drink since I’m very indecisive at times! She was an absolute sweetheart and gave incredible service! She even let me try it to see if I liked it before I drove away! She is really good at her job and 10/10 would recommend coming here!
