Starbucks, Painesville OH

Starbucks, as we all know, has taken the world by storm! ESP in the last Decade! What I love about this location, truly, is how AMAZING & OUTSTANDING! The Staff is here! Each individual, goes above & beyond to make a Staff to Customer Connection! A+! This location exceeds in nearly every aspect, ESP compared to other locations nearby! Thanks for the great Coffee & Tea! I will always, continue to stop here!

There were about 30 cars in line at the drive through - 28 of them occupied by females with dogs. I went inside and it was crowded, but I was the only male customer. So strange. Must be a local hangout for the gals.

I went here 2x this past week and order the same drink- A caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino w/ almond milk and extra crunch. BOTH times, I asked to make sure they had the caramel ribbon- both times they said yes and I asked for extra caramel ribbon crunch. But BOTH times, they did not have it. I try my drink in the drive-thru before I drive away to make sure it is right- neither drink I had this week had Any if the caramel ribbon crunch in it. It's unmistakable because it is little crunchy pieces all thru out the drink. They charge extra for it, obviously.

When asked the second time why they told me they had it and didn't put it in.the young girl at the window said "well we just added extra caramel in there instead. " I said but that is not what I ordered and I double checked before i ordered it because sometimes it's not available- and I'd just get a Chai tea latte instead. The girl then said well do want a refund. I said do I keep my drink? But she just stared at me blankly. I said hello, are you going to answer me, and she just kept on staring, no answer. I just drove off, and will not be patronizing this Starbucks again.

I’m from NC but stopped here after leaving Ohio seeing my mom. Nicest group of people, not sure who helped me fix my latte to get my little app stars but they were wonderful. Made my day before a 9 hour drive.

The coffee was ready quickly. Staff was friendly just wish they had a milk alternative they were just by chance out when we went.

Went to this location because it’s the only one open at 5am in the area, got my usual espresso.and it was disgusting. Litteral cup of creamer, couldn’t taste coffee at all. Threw away a $6 coffee to start my day.

Lists their hours as open at 6, apparently they don’t open until 9, people do not have time to run all across town to find a location that actually keeps their hours updated, this is a simple practice that should be easy to keep track of.

This particular location is kind of frustrating because they turn things off on the app that they actually have [like all the non-dairy milks and matcha - for weeks at a time]. They also don't answer the phone late at night in the hour before they close. It's okay if you're going to go there and order what you want, but it's not great if you want points but have someone else picking up your order. We've had to have things re-made, but they do mean well and re-make it when we ask. Baristas are very friendly.

This Starbucks has the absolute nicest lady ever working the drive thru. Short hair and glasses, did not get her name unfortunately. But just a really sweet lady who made our road trip home just a little bit nicer!

My all time favorite starbucks! Y’all know my order as soon as u see me️ the only thing they need is a bigger drive through because it’s always blocking traffic coming through.

Hours of operation are not consistent. Sometimes the indoor area is closed that can be frustrating since there is no clear signage. Only will know after parking, walking up to the door am then navigate the long drive through.

Everytime I've been here the staff is amazing. In the drive thru they always ask how your day was and starts conversation. The coffee is also amazing and they always make sure to make the drink better then it's advertised. I got mobile order at it was done before the time it said it was. In all this Starbucks is my favorite

Love their staff but as a general corporation it is terribly run. Not only have they slashed their hours but they actually are closed on Sundays. Wish another company would move in to compete.

This is a brand new location.
As a bike rider, I went into the store to place my order. I was told, with the manager present that I had to go through the drive through since the dinning area is closed due to Covid (Really, Starbucks? This is Ohio.) And, the registers are off.
I pointed to the one 12 feet away that someone was being trained on. "That's for the drive-thru, sir. " I didn't say anything, I'd hoped the thought bubble above my head and the dazed expression on my face was clear enough. But, suspect not as I had the manager's full attention.
Anyway, I went back out and rode my bike through the drive thru. I was that hungry.
The food was standard Starbucks.
I HOPE, that upon seeing this post the service improves.
As I said, this is a brand new location. It was amazing to see it go up so fast!
It's nice and clean. I can't wait to be invited to sit in it.

This is a very nice Starbucks. It has probably the most friendly staff I have seen so far, the wonderful Barista I talked to ask me right away if I'd like a suggestion, that's never happened before and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was darling that they have little plants out on their window ledge what a nice touch. The details matter to me and this was a sweet Edition. My mocha coffee frappe was done to perfection. I really need another one in my life immediately.

Pro tip - go inside the store and order as the drive up lane is frequently backed up around the store. There is a small patio on the front of the store, and the inside is just a fairly typical Starbucks.

Last year I moved to the Mentor area from Willoughby and it has been impossible to find a good Starbucks! I always order the cold brew with cream, however when I get the drink it is basically milk with ice. So I started asking for *light* cream (something I never had to do at the Starbucks in Willoughby) and when I got my coffee today it was the color of a piece of paper! Starbucks I want to love you, but you’re making it really hard! Just don’t want to have to drive to Willoughby everytime I want a decent coffee: (

Sometimes drive-thru can be lengthy but it's definitely worth the wait. Unsure as to why EVERY single time we patronize this location, they are out of the birthday cake pops. The last 5-6 visits, out of stock. Supply/demand. Clearly it's a hot seller so perhaps they need to be making more so their stock Is replenished for families like us that usually buy 4 each time. Strawberry Refreshers.yum. Mango-dragon fruit lemonade.delish. Mocha frappe for the hot days is delightful too!

Avoid this place if you don’t have enough time and patience to figure it out.
I can understand if they don’t have supplies … but they’re so many people, and they don’t care at all… on top of that it’s construction work around!

I guess they don't discriminate. Their employees can look and dress however. But referring to the order. Mine both were made incorrectly and I was told they do their drinks different at this location and then walked off on.no remake nor apology nothing and my drink was like water
