Starbucks, Beachwood OH

I go here all the time, but they are about to close for remodeling for a month. I'm so sad.

Why, oh why, with this gorgeous fall weather, (as well as the COVID threat), did Starbucks pack up their outdoor seating? We live in the neighborhood, and walk there frequently, but now there is no where to sit and drink our coffee. Is summer now the only season to enjoy the outdoors? What about throwing us cool weather lovers a crumb?

What are the hours here everyday it’s something different walked in on a Saturday at 12 and they are closed but yet people inside laughing and playing I don’t get it just close if you can’t manage to operate normal hours

Lights are on, people inside, noon on a Tuesday. Sorry we are closed! This place is literally never open anymore, even when they have people inside the store! Used to come here all the time but why bother now with their terrible hours and lack of communication of these hours.

They need a drive thru. This place is tiny and inconvenient. With that being said, I freaking LOVE me some Starbucks coffee.

I finally broke down & Decided to treat myself to Starbucks

Not all starbucks are created equal and this one makes the others cry at night as they will never live up to the superior service that this particular starbucks has to offer. Whatever black magic they employ I support

It's rush hour their after people get out of church on Sundays but they were really moving as fast as they could. The longest you'll wait is 10 mins.

Slowest. Starbucks.on the PLANET! Most of the staff has the personality of a wet blanket. They had 10 employees working and I waited 20 minutes for my coffee. For whatever reason, they thought it was a good idea to train 2 new people on a Monday morning at 9 am.seems like a busy time for a coffee shop.

Nice store. Gets a bit too busy during the morning rush. It is in a prime location. Making a right back onto Green can be tough since oncoming traffic is hard to see past a line of cars.

I ordered a drink and realized there was lemonade which i am allergic to.i went in to ask if they could exchange it to another drink, but instead of them being understanding about it, the man said ‘’well what do you want me to do about it? ’’ in a rude sounding tone.i go here everyday, and this man is relatively new.i had to throw my $5 drink in the trash.

Never no issues at a Starbucks. Everyone if friendly. The oder process did not seem that long before you get your drink. Only thing was no drive through.

I'm in love with the Chicken Double Smoked Bacon Panini Sandwich that comes pre made and wrapped in the cooler. FYI, it is not the breakfast Sandwich. Also, enjoy the strawberry again with lemonade.

Good overall. Brought my niece to this Starbucks, first time here. The corner couch was not clearly marked that we couldn't sit there so we were asked to get up and that we could not have our coffee inside. Understandable as they are keeping everyone safe, but to save the embarrassment it would be nice to have that corner of the cafe clearly marked "no seating". I've been fully vaccinated. Of course it could be that I'm just dense. I probably should have known.

It is just odd to watch mobile orders stack 20 cups or more wide while you wait for 1 coffee to be made. Sign of the times.idk

I have only visited this location twice. I took my daughter to get this strawberry drink, that she loves to life! The wait was long just for a drink but, the staff was nice when i went and, she said they were nice. I waited in the car.

Came here last weekend with my friends it was a long wait they were prioritizing the mobile orders instead of the cafe orders, there were only 2 people on bar and a bunch of other employees in the back standing around doing nothing. There is no management put in place for this store. The garbages were overflowing which was disgusting but that’s not even the cherry on top, my friend asked for a water only to find black particles in it we still have no idea what the hell it was but we think it was a bug of some sort she asked for another one and the guy said it probably was just the high water pressure? It’s always chaotically busy at this store with garbage overflowing whenever I go here but I’ve never had an incident like this where we now have to worry about BUG particles being in our drink. Do better never coming here again

I’ve repeatedly had a terrible experience with the order ahead at this location. Today, I stood waiting for my order for 10 minutes and finally asked about it (there were 5-6 people working and not many people in the store). They informed me their app is down and “probably sent my order elsewhere. ” Didn’t even offer to just make my simple order of plain coffee right there and didn’t apologize. And they saw me waiting for that long! Unacceptable in my opinion. The other locations around this area are far better.
