I’m no longer leaving a tip at these places before I’m properly served, because how I have ONE drink. The guy makes it half way, then stop and asked a lady who came in way after me about her order, then he starts to make her drinks, he made TWO of her drinks before finishing mine? Who does that? She could’ve waited like the rest of us! Never coming to this one again!

If I could zero stars I would. I understand there are new workers and are being trained. But if they had help there is no reason I should have had to repeat my order literally 5x. Then how do you order extra chocolate hot chocolate made with whole milk no water and it comes out tasting like water with a little chocolate syrup. Yes I was polite the whole time I had to repeat so there was no reason for the watery drink besides just poor service. I said please and thank I even tipped just to have a horrible drink. I was very disappointed.

I order what I wanted and an employee thought that she knew best based on my order and modified my drink. When I explained that I ordered what I wanted she frustratedly remade it but I couldn’t trust it and I opened the lid and it still wasn’t correct. At this point the one taking my order said that she will have to charge me more next time and it wasn’t even done correctly. I reassured her that this was my first time here and my last! It is so unfortunate that people want to tell you how you even want your drink when you are the customer. Dr. Tyline

Out of coffee. - yah coffee.
How can a store be out of these things on a consistent basis.
It’s easy. You do comparative analysis sales data, and order / par these items based on that data.
Figure it out.

Ordered a grande iced chai with light ice in a venti cup with cold foam. I always say “to fill the cup”. When I got to the window she handed this - it’s $1.25 for the foam regardless of if I say extra or not, but she stated this is standard without me charging you more. I said so if I say extra foam, it costs the same and you’ll fill the cup. “That should work” is all she said and offered nothing at all. She was very quick with response as if she knew it were coming but I did say to fill the cup in my order… which is also why I got the venti and light ice. I choose to come here and spend the additional money on the foam and just wish the baristas cared enough to not hand a drink out with that much of a gap when I spent the money to have it filled. Most of the baristas are nice there and never had this happen before, was a bit taken aback by the quick defensiveness when I did my part in the way I ordered.

I went through the drive through yesterday after getting the absolute worst hair cut I’ve ever had at the salon down the road. Starbucks makes me happy so I figured I would treat myself. The young lady at the window asked me how I was when I pulled up to pay for my items and I basically bursted into tears that I had been trying to hold back about the haircut. She was SOOOOoo freaking sweet that it turned my day around (as much as possible with this new “mom bob” I have) and gave me my drink to me on them. I wish I would’ve caught her name to recognize her personally, but I just wanted to say thank you for your kindness, it won’t be forgotten and had a positive impact on me. I knew getting Starbucks would help make me feel better!:)

Clean, quick. Lots of people in and out. Didn’t really have a good lounge area but they were super quick about getting your order out.

This location is great! Everyone is so so nice and accommodating. Kelly was nice enough to grind some beans for me even though the drive thru line was super long. These people deserve a raise!

Waited for my coffee in store forever. Found out it was ready, but no one told me and the staff saw me waiting and said nothing.

The staff here are always very kind and courteous. The food and drinks are generally tasty and of the quality one would expect from any Starbucks.

Very rude workers. Slowest Starbucks ever sat in drive thru 30 minutes or more.had to be more just sat at the window about 15 minutes to get the drinks if I haven’t of paid already would’ve left. Any other Starbucks I go to my total is always 12.50 for the 2 drinks then I add on 2 cake pops and it’s usually about 18.50-19$ here I paid 24$ no receipt. Both shaken espresso and cold brew tastes like pure soap. I thought I was the only one until my fiancé took a drink of his. Waste of 24$ better off going to grocery store paying 5$ for Starbucks iced coffee already made they can’t mess that up. I asked for cream and sugar in my cold brew … they did not mix the sugar first pure chunks of sugar. You call they don’t answer. Not sitting in another line for 30 minutes. & of course front doors locked. Waste of time waste of money. Seems like you order what you want. And get what they want to make you. I won’t be back to this location again

Have you ever walked into any establishment and as you’re opening the doors you feel like you’re entering through the gates of heaven?

I’m not a religious person, but I imagine it’s similar to opening up the doors walking into Westgate Starbucks.

Whether it’s Dane’s witty one liners, Cassidy or Ava’s hospitality, or the general ambiance each of them provide…this place can’t be beat. Kings and queens amongst the rest of us, all of them!

The only reason I gave it three stars is for cleanliness other than that this was a waste of my trip I’ve been drinking the same drink for years just to have one of the barista‘s not pay attention to my drink because she was too busy talking to a customer that was more important than the drink I paid over eight dollars for I’m sorry but this is the last time I am coming here I will be going to the other Starbucks is if she’s going to be in the other Starbucks is I will not be entering sorry but thank you but no thank you

I've left a great review at this location before.but today was just ridiculous! I always order with my size first.its literally just out of habit. But when I went to the window my order was wrong -by size only. When I asked the barista (a somewhat tall blonde boy with an attitude) he suggested that I didn't say my size. I said well i have two drinks here and I wanted Venti for both. He said well you didn't say that are you sure you know your sizes honey. I was blown away by that snarky comment and told him not to worry about it and just drove away. My receipt says Venti for both drinks. Needless to say there was no tip given on the app or in person. I am a big tipper too because I understand the hassle of everyday retail/food service. But for him to give attitude especially when it was his mistake and I paid for it. That was just unnecessary. This location needs to look at who their hiring. Don't bring your bad day to work with you.

Started off my morning by taking my dog through the drive through. Shannon made my drink and took my order. She was so polite and kind and very helpful. I just got a simple strawberry refresher. I then needed a second coffee and decided to go in this time. She recommended I try a chocolate almond milk shaken espresso sub vanilla bean powder, and let me tell you it was the best drink I’ve ever had.

Pretty decent location with friendly helpful staff! Just don't expect to sit down and enjoy your coffee here because as of 1/12/22, they only allow walk-in to-go orders.

Store hasn't updated their hours. I drove here twice at 530 am, 3 times in the evening and the hours online aren't accurate. Place is always closed and doesn't ever match up with their hours.
