Starbucks, Perrysburg OH

The employees are really cheerful and super nice. They got our order correct and didn't blink an eye at all the add this and that My kids wanted.

There's a solid 75% chance your coffee won't have any espresso in it. As much as I love hot steamed caramel milk in the morning (I don't), I'd prefer my coffee include coffee. Id say at least every other visit my latte is espresso free.

I am pretty unhappy. Multiple times, I have added extra shots to my order and my coffee just tastes like milk. There was barely one shot- if any. I received my order quickly, and the team is always kind; however maybe more training and coaching should be involved with the employees.

They need to read tags I got a hot chocolate with 7 pump of hazelnut and it was all chocolate no hazelnut.

So sick of paying $9 for a drink and not getting it made right. I order a Carmel ribbon crunch everyday and 98 percent of the time it is not made correctly. Then I pay $. 80 for Xtra Carmel in which is never Xtra especially when you are charging for it. Then the best part is when they hand you your cup dripping coffee all over your shirt because they overfill it so it comes out from under the lid and they don't bother wiping it off. If you are gonna charge this much I expect it to be worth it. Get it together Starbucks!

Fast, friendly, courteous & accurate orders! Drive through gets busy & might take a few minutes, but nothing unexpected ordering personalized drinks & food items.

The staff is good and personable but the problem is the line for the drive thru. It backs up into the street and blocks exits in the parking lot and blocks people from using the street. I tried many times to do the right thing and circle around the building and use the parking lot to queue up, but the entitled street and exit blockers always cut in line.

The employees are not very friendly, I’ve been going to this location for 3 years and I myself used to work at a different location. Customer service and friendly baristas are main reasons people visit Starbucks, but this location just doesn’t seem to have that charm that others do. Orders are always correct, albeit slow sometimes. I’d consider visiting the Kroger location instead if you have time to go inside.

Always great tasting drinks and food. The baristas are very nice and always helpful. I love the star program that earns me free merchandise; food, and drinks.

Average Starbucks. Wait time was longer than normal but they were definitely busy. Nothing wrong, but nothing stood out either

This is probably my favorite location. The workers are always so nice. When they're backed up with all of the specialized drinks, they still move at a decent pace to get you through quickly. Recommend 10/10.

As bad of my experiences I've had in this area I can always count on these people to put a smile on my face to start the day.

They are not friendly when I redeem my birthday drink and use a dirty cup looks like an used one for my drink. I usually go to the one at Levi’s commons and the staff there are so nice and helpful. I will never come back to this location.

The barista made my order quickly and ensured I made it to work on time. My lack of planning wasn’t her problem, but she made it so my day could run smoothly.
