Starbucks, Zanesville OH

Very friendly however can we ever get cups that don't leak all over us from the lid when you take a drink? I mean $7 to wear a quarter of it.

They sometimes forget to put classic in my drink but mostly everything is okay. When they make a mistake IF I HAVE time they will remake it. Only bad thing is my card was double charged up to $217 from all the times together they (store manager) told to call the 1800 number had to show them my bank statement for them to stall me so I had to dispute all incorrect transactions with my bank to get my money back. 217 worth of coffee would have worked from the ppl who did it though

Very disappointed. Apparently your birthday reward is good for ONE day only. Nevermind the single moms out there that work and can't just run to Starbucks whenever they desire. I went the day after my birthday only to realize that my reward no longer existed. When I asked if this was the case and said it was literally not even 24hrs, I got a "Yep".
Total bummer, Starbucks! Can we get a grace period? I know it this was not always the case as it shouldn't be. Do you not realize the big impact that small gesture makes on your customers? You give and then take it away? That is so wrong.

First time to the north Zanesville location, just needed coffee and a place to do some laptop stuff.

Ordered ahead on the app at 7: 29 am. The app stated there was a 6-9 minute preparation for the order to be ready and it said to expect to pick it up at 7: 39. I walked into the store at 7: 40 and there were probably 20 customers standing around waiting on their orders. Everyone was pleasant and kind. The staff greeted everyone as they walked in. Everytime somone got their order and walked out someone held the door for them. The batista who was working the front would announce the name of the order he was about to start. That was great as it helped the customer know to get ready and make their way to the front of the store. When my name was called out I went up to the counter. The batista handed me my drink and said, "Have a great day Jesse". That kind of professional experience has unfortunately been rare with other businesses lately. Even though my order took far longer than the estimated time on the app, I didn't mind at. Amazing staff! Great job! I didn't get the barista's name but he wore a tan bucket hat. He definitely deserves to be recognized for his professionalism during their busy morning.

I'm never disappointed when I order star bucks. I use the mobile app, my order is always how I order it. There have been a few times there was something that wasn't put in my drink an I just asked them about it and they were quick to fix it.

This place is always busy, so prepare for a long wait, even if ordering online/mobile. Also, they are often out of at least one ingredient for your drink. The staff is pleasant though!

The line may be long at the drive thru, but they will have you in & out fast. The service is above par and their staff is friendly.

There is a massive pothole off the curb right when you leave this location its like an extra “step down” i cant imagine if someone had 8 hot coffees for the office and didnt notice it and expected it to be level ground. Im no nastrodamus by any means but i guarentee thats gonna be problems eventually, just a heads up.

Love this location! I always order for indoor pick-up and my drinks are always ready when I arrive.

I've never met a grouchy disrespectful staff person at Starbucks. They are always eager to help. The coffee is delicious. However the only thing about Starbucks is, the large size is going to cost you. That doesn't stop me from going back.

2 starts because everyone was nice and it was somewhat quick but that was the most expensive worst Hot chocolate I have ever tasted
