Starbucks, Columbus OH

Went through the drive thru to pick up a honey citrus mint tea (medicine ball). Speaker was a little difficult to hear through and line took awhile but staff was very friendly and made my day a little better!

Everyone I come to this location is slow service and they are out of stock on several items

I generally do not write negative reviews but I feel like I have to say something because this is literally the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Orders always take forever, they are always out of things, and if they are out of things, the app doesn’t reflect it so you don’t know that they can’t make your mobile order until you get there to pick it up. One time, they still did not have my drink ready 15 minutes AFTER the designated pickup time so I had to cancel and they didn’t even refund me like they said they would, I had to get my refund by reaching out to Starbucks Customer Service. I recommend taking the extra 3 minutes to go to the other nearby locations.

My drink turned out very good and the staff was very friendly, unfortunately out of peppermint syrup for peppermint mochas but it was the end of the day!

Why I had stay 20 min in line and when phone mobile is serve first even when I am here. I don't think it's far. Really despondent

Don't like a very milky latte, asked just to have a small splash of steamed half & half thrown in, paid normal latte price. Got a hot cup of cream filled to the brim. Threw it away.

This place has been understaffed and very busy like 3/5 times I go and they always treat you kindly and you can tell they have an urgency in trying to get everyone taken care of.and my drink is always right that's why I give em 5 stars. Bc they work very hard and still smile and treat everyone with good service

Ordered hot coffee, Veranda Blend via the app. When I got the drink, it wasn’t Veranda Blend, and it was lukewarm. Then they reluctantly offered me an Americano, that was less than hot. What lousy service.

I decided to run ‍️ through the drive through at this location after getting some bad news and was not expecting anything special However to my surprise the Queen/King running window made my day instantly made better. When I got up to the speaker and they said “ hi queen, what can I get for you today “ it instantly left a smile on my face ️ They were so kind and sweet and when I got up to pay they were so enthusiastic and energetic that it made me happy just to have been speaking to them. It’s rare to find people who shine bright and I just want to thank them for making my day! Thanks for all that you do and please don’t stop because you made a difference in my day and I’m sure you make a difference in others days too -cheers!

It says the drive-through does not close until 930. I am here at 9: 10 and all the workers are inside and they’re not answering the drive-through. This really is upsetting. I called three times. They just keep picking up the phone and hanging up.that’s just extremely rude. I will not be back to this location.

One that I really would like to sit and enjoy. But mobile order pick up and down the road I went. Very earthy and relaxing. Outdoor patio. Very nice setup. Friendly helpful staff.

Starbucks was excellent! I definitely recommend the Matcha Creme Frappuccino, which is very good with extra whipped cream and a carmel drizzle. The service is very quick, and they do a great job getting your order ready as fast as possible. Delicious drinks and great service!

Placed 3-4 mobile orders here while in town. Staff were great and super helpful with checking status of the orders. Generally the order was ready ahead of predicted time and food/drink was up to the quality you expect from SBs. Well run/staffed location.

I'm a mother of four and very much needed a cup of coffee. At closing, Raven, Adrianne, and Nancy were extremely kind to take one more customer. They were professional, worked quickly, and the place was still rather clean, even at the end of the business day. Thanks again for excellent service!

They got my order correct and fairly quickly despite it being busy and the addition of a couple new employees. I am also thankful the dining room was open because the drive thru line was long.
I got a hot coffee and a hot breakfast sandwich and both were good. I do wish we could add our own cream and sugar.

Slow moving drive through. Waiting over 20 min. Order ahead wasn't available. Just not worth over priced coffee with such a long wait.
