Starbucks, Strongsville OH

I have to give kudos to the staff here. Saturday afternoon, nearly 2pm, this place had about 25 people inside AND cars wrapped around the building and they handled it all so well…
My jaw dropped when I walked in, I’ve never seen so many people mid day in a coffee shop. I did a mobile order and didn’t think my drink would be ready with the volume of people but it was! Way to go!

I never go heart because the drive through is horrid. You will be waiting 15-60 just for a preorder. And if you go inside it’s crazy to get out. I have it a chance because it’s early in on Saturday. Nope, third inline. Watch one person do all the orders, another come back from a bathroom break, and a third person (seemed like a manager) put away truck and ignore what guest there were. Car in front of the line went into park both at the order screen and the window. Never happens at dunkin.

A busy store but they all try their best always good attitude love y’all (if you can try to tip your barista)

We went thru the drive thru today but sit out on the patio in the summer.
Parking sucks and routing of the drive thru is even worse.
Staff is great, design of the building lowers the experience.

I come this Starbucks every morning today I wait 10 minutes in line inside. She talking in the phone. Ignore me. She don’t take my order I left first time in seven years I left.

It would be a 5 star, but the drive through makes no sense. Whoever designed this location did a horrible job!

Gave me the wrong drink twice… it was a regular menu item without any extra notes. I just thanked them and left because I didn’t want to ask them to make it AGAIN. Btw, I asked for my drink hot and they gave it to me iced twice. Oh and the parking lot and drive through sucks.

Worst experience ever at any Starbucks placed an order at 4: 36 and did not get it until 5: 22pm first they did not "see the order on their screen" but people kept getting served 15 minutes after I had already been sitting there. I said do I need to wait another hour and their answer was we are short staffed. Also another customer came in and they told her they wasn't taking any café orders and as the lady is walking away one of the employees said "I put up a sign can't people read" very disturbingly unprofessional. This is coming from someone who works as a GM for another company.

This location is perfect because of Leo. There are friendly and do the best of their ability to serve you. But you need patience.
Mamadou will recommend everyone to try one of the best coffee in the world.

Not bad. Good Starbucks just Kind of slow but they did have a lot of people in the drive through, so I’ll give them that. Drink was pretty good.

Worst experience at a Starbucks I’ve ever had. App said 7-10 min wait. I had to wait close to 45 mins for 1 drink. Be honest with the wait time so customers know!

This Starbucks needs some serious restructuring. The staff are always sweet and accurate with my order. However, my mobile app tells me 10 minutes, but my order really takes 45 minutes.

The drive thru is atrocious. The line blocks traffic and you can’t pull out of the parking lot because of it. They are not equipped for how busy they get with all the local traffic. They need to be bigger, come up with more efficient & realistic service plan. The whole drive thru process needs to be completely restructured for safety.

“Our cafe is closed” randomly closed without any way of finding out. Needless to say that after taking Uber here I have been on multiple occasions deeply disappointed in how this place randomly closes the dining area. Awful. Close the place or get under different management but I don’t want to keep hearing “we are short staffed”

I don't know who designed it, but it is super hard to get in and out of the parking lot, especially if you go through the drive-thru and often times the line is out into the road and then blocks off people being able to get out of the drive thru. VERY bad design.

Good location. Horrible parking lot. Its a drive way with parking. Simple concept that was clearly missed. Tight entrance. No exit unless you back out or go wait in the drive thru.

If I could give it zero stars I would! I am a HUGE fan of Starbucks coffee but this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. I asked for 3 pumps of white mocha in my cold brew…not hard to comprehend…you would think. I got it back and it had no pumps just cold brew. Even the details of the drink on the cup was just the cold brew. What happened to my pumps? I told the staff working and this had to be the RUDEST encounters I’ve ever had! They told me that they couldn’t fix it which is weird since that’s Starbucks policy and just wanted 3 pumps added. I am glad I don’t live around this store!
