Starbucks, Cortland OH

Tired of getting lukewarm coffee. Every time I tell them make sure it is hot 70% of the time it is not. As a patron paying over 10$ for two coffees it should be right.
I believe I will email corporate on this one unless I hear a good reason.

Always super fast with my order. Coffee is the best in my opinion. The staff is always super nice and efficient. Great location in and out fast.

Starbucks drive thru line blocks the entrance for Chipotle. People will wait 30 minutes in a drive thru for this coffee and purposefully block the entrance to Chipotle! Y’all act like you can’t make your own coffee at home. Stop blocking entrances to other businesses because you are selfish and addicted to a overpriced fancy brand name.

We ordered three drinks than 2/3 of the were wrong so they remade them and they got 1 out of two wrong so we only got two out of our three drinks correct and when we said it was wrong he told us that we were wrong but we could clearly see the label that said the wrong order

Pre-ordered drinks could be made upon arrival instead of when ordered or be an option incase of any delays mistiming

Staff is always super kind! This location gets pretty just being next to Walmart and stuff, but I have never had an issue. If you mobile order, the process is super easy, so I recommend that. The parking lot for this plaza is a little weird, so I recommend drive thru so you don't have to bother with it.

Just went in to Starbucks waited for 10 minutes just to order, I was standing right in front of the cash register and she took the next person behind me and didn’t even acknowledge my well being, I then said hey I’ve been waiting in line this whole time and apologized, I then asked for a pumpkin spice latte and she said there all out of the syrup for that I then told her I’m leaving and left the store. I will never be returning to this individual Starbucks. Absolutely 100% bad service

I love this starbucks i drive out of my way to come to this one, every crew is amazing and the absolute sweetest & i’ve never had a bad drink.awesome crew and awesome management ️

One of my favorite Starbucks to visit and it’s always clean. It’s busy at times but the baristas are always accommodating and they will modify your drinks any how you want it. I have studied her a few times and one time when I came in, I didn’t even order my drink yet and one of the baristas came up to be and offered me water. That was so nice because no other location has ever done that before. Since then, I have only visited this location and I haven’t been disappointed yet. All the baristas are great but Sam is the sweetest. She always has a smile on her face. Keep it up ️

Always amazing and I would love to get one every day but can't afford to that is why Dunkin will always survive Starbucks. Large iced coffee with cold foam at Dunkin $3.80 and you get about 1 a week free with Dunkin perks, Trenta iced with cold foam at Starbucks $8.70 have to order 15-20 of them to get one free with Starbucks rewards.

I was having an awful day. Stopped after my Amazon route because it was hot and to use the rest room. Grabbed my drink off the counter and got back in my truck and it said “you are enough” I needed that message so badly that day. Whoever wrote that changed my whole day around. Thank you

Great place to visit and relax over a coffee and dessert. Staff very welcoming and super friendly. They bend over backwards to make you happy here. Great staff great manager. Very clean inside and out. Highly recommend.

This location is always cheerful and happy to serve. My order is always just perfect and the drinks are amazing!

I love there refresher and their tea lattes just wish the would not leave the tea bags in the cup when the pour the milk in. It makes me feel like I'm licking the tea bags and over steeps the tea turning it bitter.

Good coffee. Ran out of venti cups and much snacks. But coffee was delicious on its own. Starbucks should plan their building and traffic blocking line up better. Hard to get out and the usual rude folks who purposely don't let a car get out to main light lane.

I really love this coffee shop we go here a lot and every time we do the service is always great.
It's really amazing that we always have a good service every time we go there honestly there are no complaints.
