Starbucks, Hebron OH

I go here for an coffee they dont give me a coffee they spuit in my drink why they do this my drink was not good they dont give me the coffin and I pay them my money why are they doing this to me I went there for a coffee and they dont give it to me

I went in here and asked for coffee but was told i had to go to a different register to get the coffee and there are 12 different registers in the store or something like that how would i be able to figure out which one serves the coffee. I think it is too confusing!

Stopped whilst on a road trip, and was quite drowsy. I asked the two cashiers for something highly caffeinated and slightly sweet. They chose to make a concoction that tasted amazing and kept me awake my final two hours. Fast, friendly, and competent. And only about a mile from I-70. Located in a Kroger, so no drive-thru.

Person at window was not friendly at all, no greetings handed me my order and closed the window.

I walked in at 7: 49 and the lady said that she wanted to go home and would not make my drink.

Best Starbucks in Hebron the two girls that work during the day and the two guys that work in the evening time are fantastic great personalities very helpful and friendly and know exactly how to make my caramel frappe with extra caramel love my experience always come to this location every time good job Starbucks of Hebron and Kroger love you guys p

Walked out without my breakfast sandwich and one of the baristas found me in the parking lot.

Hmm i usually love coming to this Starbucks, but they have recently started closing early which makes me have to drive all the way to heath. Last time the closed at 5pm and was barely able to make it ontime. Today they closed at 730.: (

Expensive and I can't say large black coffee and get one because it doesn't seem to exist there

Mother and I come in about everyday before work so you can say we're frequent customers. Here lately been having issues with the $4 off card and they refuse to give you it off if the card isn't "activated". (Was gaven the card from the Georgesville, Ohio Starbucks) that has happened twice now. Was told that they should of and just taken the card and gave the $4 off. Then my mother ordered a cheese danish and left it on the counter by accident and when she walked away someone took it. I came in and they did not even offer to replace it. I've never had a Starbucks ever act like that before. Noticed there are a lot of new people in there maybe teach them good customer service and have them go to a full on store location to learn. Come on.you are the first people that people see in the morning to start their day which impacts their day believe it or not. Make sure your customers are happy and pleased EVERY TIME they leave.

I love coffee and starbucks coffee is no exception, I just hate coffee shop prices. Friendly staff, fast (for a coffe shop) service, and as always delicious nectar of the gods aka coffee. Try some of thier seasonal syrups by the way, the peppermint is one of my favorites.

Slow at this location and its inside of Kroger so it's not the full menu but the girls that work in here are nice

Wasn't there. Have only tried once and it was so strong and bitter, I've never been back

That dude Carson is the man. He always be smiling and stuff and it brightens my day. It seems he’s always there when I go and it makes my day when I get to see how nice he is
