Starbucks, Columbus OH

Coffee and sandwich was good. It's a busy store. Inside atmosphere was good, kinda hectic. Batistas were nice.

Pathetic service! For being a daily customer for more than a year they made me wait for cappuccino for 20 mins and then says I need to have patience and can be refunded if I can't wait. They messed up my order quite evidently.they needed to own rather than throwing those baseless comments.

The team is super nice, especially Seth. He’s nice, friendly, always has a great attitude, and makes every visit I have a pleasant one. Keep being awesome, Seth!

Third time my orders been messed up. Had to walk inside in the rain and with a toddler to receive the correct coffee, they weren’t even busy & I didn’t even get an apology. Won’t be using this location anymore, it’s not that hard to get a coffee correct.

Just wanted to say thank you to Abby the barista for the excellent service she provided to myself and other patrons. They seemed a bit short staffed today, and she handled it with great poise. It’s nice to see people in this day and age who still now how to show customer service even when the public can be difficult to deal with.

I don’t have enough nice things to say about this Starbucks and their staff. I usually go through the drive thru and the girl with the bright hair (cannot recall her name) is always so delightful when she is there: very genuine and kind. Helped me reload my card a few times and anytime I make a mistake (forgetting to say my dairy free milk at the order part) she always makes me feel okay about the mistake and promptly fixes it. On the few times I have brought my kids inside, the staff, particularly, a individual named H has always been an absolute pleasure! He is always so great to talk to! Catherine and Ashley are also lovely to talk to. Very personable. Entire morning crew is always so welcoming and when they have samples out, my kids have a blast. This store is out of my way slightly, but I will gladly go through Polaris traffic to get here for the staff alone! Not to mention: food and drinks are always top notch. Best Starbucks in Columbus area by far.

Con: Drive thru is very tight and parking lot is on the smaller side (store is smaller too) but aside from that, the best in town!

UPDATE: I left this review quite a while ago, but I saw a very negative review about the barista (with the bright hair) I mentioned in my OG post when trying to get directions. Now that I’ve gone back several times because of HER, I know her name is Abbey. She is the kindest barista I’ve ever met and knows my order. She puts little stickers on my cups and always greets not only me, but EVERYONE with a smile. Maybe she was having a bad day, but as a black woman, she has never looked at me sideways or been rude. I go out of my way for this location to see her beautiful face. To the person who left that nasty review: I hope you learn to have an ounce of her kindness. This is the best Starbucks with THE BEST baristas.

Abby, Averi, and Hailey are fantastic baristas they always are welcoming and take care of the customers! Even when it’s busy they are very composed and professional, i’ve been going to this starbucks for years now and they are the best baristas they’ve had i hope they stay while they can! Also drinks are fantastic!

I go here almost every day and saw a negative review left earlier today. The barista with the bright hair is such a kind, genuine human being who goes out of her way for me constantly (even when I’m the one who made a mistake in ordering, etc). Everyone at this location has ever been anything but wonderful and my drinks are always fresh and perfect. Thank you Polaris Starbucks!:)

Baristas are always very nice, and my drinks always tastes perfect when i get it from this location. They also sometimes put some cute stickers on the cups, and it’s definitely made my day before

Dark roast was displayed as being available. The barista said it wasn’t available and did not offer a pour over and seemed very happy that I wouldn’t be ordering anything. Will not be returning to this location.

Sarah really brightened my mornings when I had to spend two weeks in Columbus for training.

This is my go to Starbucks now. I live in the Polaris area and the one near Ikea was my original store but I ordered to this one one day and it was a great experience so now I go there. The baristas are always so nice and welcoming. I go in the morning before work when it starts to pick up with traffic but they still greet me and accommodate me if I ask for a straw, stopper, sleeve, or anything else. Seem to know their customers good to because they greet a lot of people by name. Lately they have been putting stickers on my drinks which makes my day. Sometimes they have samples out too which are nice when they have a bit of a wait for mobile orders. 10/10 recommend!

Don’t frequent Starbucks often but ended up here last Monday on a way to my kids doctor. Went through the drive thru. It had a long line but once I reached the speaker the personal taking my order was great. She answered a bunch of my questions and offered drinks for me without making me feel stupid for not knowing the sizes and drink I wanted. I got a brown sugar shaken espresso and a kids cocoa. When I pulled to the window, the girl at there was also great and energetic. Let me pick out a sticker for my daughter off a sheet she had which was a lot of fun. Staff was wonderful and even the girl who wasn’t taking payment greeted me. Drinks came out quickly and was great. Aside from the line drive thru line and the cramped parking lot this is a great place. Will be coming back soon.

My wife & I have been faithfully coming to this location for the past 2 years and over that past 6mo to a year the service have taken a major turn for the worse. They’ve hired a new staff and some of the girls give you attitude when you request to have your drink remade because of their error. We get the same drinks like clockwork so their shouldn’t be any issues it everyone makes it different which we’ve came to the conclusion that they’re not reading our cups to make the drinks exactly how we’ve ordered them. I’ve stood there and literally watched my drinks being made and instantly sent them back because I seen exactly what they did wrong only for the barista to try to tell me how I ordered my drink, to then look at my cup and actually read it with full understanding and then go make it correctly. We’ve definitely decided to switch locations due to these issues. It didn’t use to be this bad back in summer of 2020 when we first moved out this way and became faithful to this location. The staff was more than accommodating and extremely welcoming they began to know us by name. A couple of them are still there but aren’t typically there anymore during the times we order. Today I ordered my usual and was instantly upset because it wasn’t made correctly and I didn’t have the extra time to have it fixed. It’s been an ongoing issue and we’re simply TIRED of having to send drinks back and then get the attitude behind them not following our drink recipe! We literally buy 2 drinks daily and we used to TIP back when they had the tip jar! They’ve got to do better.

This place always seem to take forever to make drinks. They are always so slow. I came here with my daughters a few times and we always waited so long for our drinks.

This is my favorite one to go to. Order is always right and the barristas there are the best!

Should have stayed in the drive-thru! Could have made it through twice in the time it took to get my order.
