Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
8Walking distance from Ohio University. Quality of drinks and service typical of the chain. Love the spacious interior and decor. Brighter lighting than the typical Starbucks which I really like!
I love this Starbucks. Even though I wish it were open earlier, I know that's not the kind of town we're in so I just go when I can! Everyone is really nice and welcoming. Though I stay and sit at a table and am not standing around waiting, I do notice the attention they all pay to the folks picking up mobile orders, noticing who's been waiting a few seconds longer and reaching out to be sure they know what the folks are waiting for and can update them on the progress. Oh, also, they do better than any other Starbucks I've been to around the country with warming up their bakery and breakfast products. When they do it, it is like they are fresh baked or fresh cooked. I love it. I would only offer one suggestion, that their closing crew be paid for an extra hour to take the time to clean at the end of each day instead of once a week! But that seems to be the norm for the whole town, so it may need to be a cooperative chamber of commerce project!
Worst starbucks I have been to. They served me a weird version of Caramel Ribbon Crunch Crème Frappuccino Blended Beverage because there Frappuccino machine was not working. STOP WASTING PEOPLE’s MONEY.
I recently visited this Starbucks location and was immediately impressed by the spotless environment, which made my coffee experience all the more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Unfortunately, they didn't have any Blonde Roast brewed during my visit, but I understand that it might not be a popular choice in this location. Overall, I would highly recommend this Starbucks for its cleanliness and exceptional service, despite the lack of my preferred roast.
… I was pleasantly surprised when I returned to this Starbucks location and found that they had taken note of my previous review. The staff went above and beyond to make my visit special by offering me my favorite brew as a gesture of good will. This level of customer service is truly rare and I greatly appreciated it.
It's clear that this Starbucks location takes customer feedback seriously and strives to make each visit a positive experience. They truly care about their customers and it shows in their actions.
I was already a fan of this Starbucks, but their commitment to customer satisfaction has solidified my loyalty. If you're looking for a coffee shop that values its customers and goes the extra mile to fix any issues, this is the place to be. Keep up the great work!
I just order this drink twice in the last week at two other locations and the drink was nearly $2 cheaper at both other locations. Not to mention they charged nearly $1 for caramel drizzle then didn't give it to me. The manager was walking around doing absolutely nothing while the staff was completely in the weeds with mobile orders. It caused a huge back up for overpriced coffee that wasn't what I even ordered. I feel bad for the staff because they are clearly not being helped by the manager.
Twice now I’ve picked up a mobile order that’s been made incorrectly, and both times the lid has been broken. I drank it and it’s whatever but the broken lid is the bigger issue because it made a whole mess in my car yesterday. So when it was broken again today, I asked for a new lid. The woman ignored me. Thinking she didn’t hear me, I asked again a little louder “could I possibly get a new lid? This one is broken and won’t stay on” and she looked at me, rolled her eyes, and walked away. The other woman next to her said “it’s literally a lid. It’s fine” it’s a Frappuccino with extra whipped cream. It was dripping whipped cream down the side of the cup before I ever picked it up. And then the other workers proceeded to whisper and laugh. Literally felt like something teenagers would do.
In a town with very few public restrooms they've locked their bathrooms so you need to interrupt a busy employee to ask for a key. Feels anti-homeless in nature, which is unsurprising from this corporation.
This Starbucks is always sold out of all their food by noon so get there earlyyyyy if you’re hungry
