Starbucks, Akron OH

This Starbucks is not even close to a Starbucks. One time I asked for a cold decaf coffee and they did not have it. The staff is not friendly.

Literally every single time I order here it’s wrong in some way or just down right disgusting because it has been made incorrectly.

3 girls there more interested in socializing with one another than working. Speak to customers as if they're an inconvenience. Latte was messy and way too sweet.

Couldn’t get ahold of the other store so called to see if I could get help contacting them or even help cancelling an order. Barista was clearly not having a good day. I understand if something is completely out of your hands but remember I’m just someone asking for help and was already upset I couldn’t grab my order due to outside circumstances

Over the last year, this kiosk has gone waaaaay downhill in EVERY aspect - name it: SERVICE, cleanliness, efficiency! All around terrible. It’s riding on the Starbucks name, and that’s it. I hate it every time.

Since reopening, this Starbucks is consistently terrible all the time. They close early randomly, they stand around on their phones and the drinks are made so terribly wrong most of the time. The employees here also don’t ever want to work on top of having attitudes. They’re always out of everything all the time. This location should’ve never reopened unless it was going to get good workers. Total disaster

Three young ladies "working". More interest in talking to each other and the random man that walked up to the side of the counter than the line that was growing. There was starting to be movement from the staff but that was only for her to check her phone. After waiting for 10 minutes we just left the line and are going to go somewhere else.

Had no cream, no cold brew, RUDE AS HELL… like it was our fault for ordering a normal drink which that had no ingredients for. An absolute trash ‘Starbucks’

Today I mobile ordered a drink while I was working at 4: 30, I walk over and they told me they cannot make my drink because they were closing and that they were closing early, I asked if they could still make my drink and they said no. When I asked why there mobile order was still on they said there district manager forgot to turn it off, but there distric manager is supposed to be notified and the mobile order is to be turned off by the distric manager if they were allowed to close early. They did not give a reason why they are closing early. When I asked if I could get my money back they said I have to call customer service tomorrow and there's nothing they can do. The staff there is always rude and makes everyone feel unwanted.

I work in the mall and mobile ordered a drink to be done at 3: 40. This location closes at 4 so there was plenty of time to make it. When I show up, the store was closed, line taped off and about 4 employees cleaning and closing down the line. Made no attempt to tell me they closed earlier than expected (not sure why either) and that my drink could not be made due to their own error.
