I love this starbucks. In my experience, the staff is always great. I placed a mobile order today (just a sandwich) and when I got to the speaker, I was told it was out of stock. I was able to get a different sandwich and they offered me a complimentary treat. The person working the drive-through (around 2: 30/3pm) was so sweet despite being super busy. It's tough to remain calm and deliver wonderful customer service during rushes. Thanks ya'll!
We went through the drive through and got 2 drinks. Our barista was a gentleman with tattoos on his arm and a decorated name tag. I didn’t catch his name unfortunately! He was amazing, incredibly nice. I gave him a tip but I definitely should’ve tipped more! He absolutely deserves recognition!
