This is a great location to get some busy work done. The employees were professional, efficient, and polite.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, not including the licensed ones in Krogers and Targets and wherever else they license people to make their coffee. You go to any Starbucks in Columbus, it’s fast and it’s right. You come here, you sit for 20 minutes and they still make your drink wrong. How do you translate me saying vanilla sweet cream into cold foam? Then if you want it remade because THEY mess up, you have to wait another 20 minutes. It’s ridiculous. Get it together.

Make sure you have at least a half hour to sit and wait for the drink you ordered online 15 minutes before you got there.

I came in, was not greeted at all. Then I waited to place my order for 5 min and still nothing. No one was in line by the way, so I was completely ignored by staff.

I ordered a Carmel frappe to give me caffeine for work at 3: 12pm. And people came in about 5 minutes later and ordered drinks. At 3: 31pm the people after me got their drinks and I was still waiting on mine. I got my drink at 3: 35pm. Then had to rush to work. I took a drink of it when I got in my truck. 0 taste of Carmel. I didn’t have time to go back in without being late for work after waiting over 20 minutes on this drink. I kept trying it to see if it had a taste like the Starbucks I’ve used before. After drinking half of it. I trashed it because it only tasted like ground up ice the WHOLE time. Then about an hour into work. I got very tired all of the sudden like it had sleeping meds in the Starbucks instead of caffeine when I got plenty of sleep before work that day. So I had to go buy a monster energy drink just to stay awake at work and couldn’t sit down and relax on break because I might doze off. I DONT EVEN RECOMMEND THIS STARBUCKS TO MY ENEMIES, I WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN!

Waited over 15 min to get 1 drink due to online orders. I was a walk-in. Drinks was literally sitting on the counter waiting to be picked up. There should be a process to serve walk-in customers quicker. Will nit be back

Be carful on your pick up orders. They ruined a doordash for me today. Drink in a bag to go. When I picked it up at the drop off it went all over my dress and the seat. Over 890 deliveries never had this problem. Other driver's have had same problem, FYI

Worst Starbucks service I've ever experienced. Took 20 minutes to get an americano and iced tea with only a few people inside.

Where's Starbucks ever every time I order something that needs to be warm it comes out frozen or cold. And I tell them to warm it up well. I'm not mean I don't write bad reviews but my god don't expect a tip from me every time I pull up and you give me cold food what's wrong with you people

Went inside staff person very nice but sad no ones sits in there as coffee shop anymore very sterile as everone goes thru the drive thru.

I waited at the drive thru window for 10 minutes for an ice water and a Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble. When I asked what was taking so long, I was told that they had multiple online orders the same time I put my order in. NOT SURE I WILL EVER GO BACK!

The drive-through was soo quick at this location this morning! There were 6-7 cars in front of me and I wasn't in line even 5 minutes!

The worst starbucks i have ever been to. It's always an extremely long wait. Today was the last straw. 2 drinks were ordered on the mobile app. An hour and a half later I only have one drink and they said they had to remake the other. I have them another 20 mins, they asked if I could pull around to the front. I just drove off. I will never go back to this location.
