Starbucks, Milford OH

My wife and daughter go here for Chai tea lattes. They enjoy it, so the ratings are theirs. I think this place is a rip-off. It's criminal how much they charge for drinks, but they must be doing something right because there is always a line.

This Starbucks is all about service with a smile. Even when they were crazy busy they came and brought me and my family samples of a new bakery treat.
Even when I come in during slow night shifts they always greet me with a smile and helpful spirit, no matter who’s working.
Never had a bad experience here!
This team is amazing!

Place was crazy busy. Line around the building and the lobby was full. They also didn’t have any of my order. There was only 3 people working inside. The Baristas were so kind tho. It take 45 minutes to not get anything that I ordered. If Jeremy is reading this, your crew needs a raise for all the hard work they do.

Way too busy and overwhelmed there. I haven't gone in a long time because it takes FOREVER to get your drink.

Opened late yesterday even tho they still took orders thru the app while they were closed. I waited 30 minutes for 1 drink. Today I ordered extra ice in my drink and got light Ice. They quit saying hi when you walk in. What a shame!

Yet another Starbucks that allows you to order four drinks without telling you they don’t have carriers until you get to the window. How hard is it to say that when ordering and or just get some carriers!

If you have 35 to 45 minutes to wait for your drink, please visit, but if not stay away. Been to this location multiple times over the last month and everytime I've had to wait at least 35 minutes for a drink. It's pretty bad when customers come in and before they order they tell them it will be at least 30 minutes and they turn around and walk out.

Unfortunately, I can't give this an honest review Because I am not really a coffee person. I have eaten breakfast here once or twice Because I didn't have a choice or out of convenience. The service here is usually great. The people that drink coffee and have lots and lots of money (lol) seem to love this place so the coffee must be exceptional. And this particular starbucks seems like all the rest

This is my favorite Starbucks location. I drive out on my way to go to this one. My order is always correct and the people are always friendly!

Every time I go to this location I order the same thing. A venti surprise me drink cold with caffeine. I can always hear the excitement in the voice of the person that is taking my order. I give them full creative freedom to make what they want and I always get something different. Just when I thought there couldn’t possibly be any other combinations I get another new mix. Every time it is an absolute banger of a drink that makes me want even more.

The service is also impeccable. I am always greeted with a smile, and they even ask if I want to try the drink before I leave to make sure I like it. This blows my mind. Everyone is always so excited to hand me my drink and watch me take the first sip of the art they created. It’s amazing. Not only is the person at the window staring smiling super excited but so is everyone else in the back. They are so proud of what they made on their own following no recipe.

This is full creativity for everyone and i genuinely believe that “surprise me” should be on the official menu. From start to finish it makes everyone happy and brightens everyone’s day.

I will be back again and again and again. I will continue to be surprised and I will look forward to tasting the amazing creations the employees make for me.

Excellent service and the drinks were perfect. Espresso shots tasted perfect and hadn't sat too long.

My wife's Grande Iced Triple Oatmilk Latte was also spot on!

My friend and I love all of you! We come in and build Legos while drinking our coffee once or twice a month! Drinks are amazing and baristas are awesome at helping you figure out what you want. Service is super speedy and atmosphere is great. In the morning it can get a bit crowded, but there is usually plenty of seating.

Really disappointed in the wait time. The last several times I have come, I am waiting 10-15mins for a simple coffee order. Today was the worst with a wait time of 20mins for 2 drinks and no cars ahead of us in the drive through. Very frustrating. We will not be back for awhile!

I normally go in the afternoon to drop my kid off at FC academy. The staff is always nice. It's not busy on the inside quiet, clean, and great place to get work done.

I really don't know what all the excitement is about. The ambiance is nice, clean, and the service is sufficient, but I sniffed all of the coffee bags and even the light medium roast smelled dark and none of them smelled like their description. Many smelled quite similar, and a few didn't smell right.

I picked a bag of coffee that claimed to have fruity and chocolaty notes. The nice guy at the register asked if we wanted it ground, so I said yes and told him we have a French press. He should have ground it coarse, but ground it fine instead. Then he gave it to us for free, telling my pretty 18yo daughter that he could give one away free that week.

For the next couple of minutes everyone ignored us as we waited to place our order (no other customers, just a shift change and the new person was already there).

I got the mango dragonfruit lemonade, but I could barely taste any mango and none of the dragonfruit chunks (probably because it was reconstituted). It was basically lemonade only, and for easily too much $. Then again, that's how Starbucks has spread so fast: price- gouging. My daughter got a different flavor and it was also unimpressive. They didn't offer or even tell us about extra squirts of flavor. Sigh.

For what they charge for a drink and food you can get an entire bag of coffee that's about the same quality.

As usual, not impressed.

The employees here are always so incredibly kind and engaging. I add a few extra mins onto my commute in the mornings just so I can stop at this specific location.

They always kill it!

Good for a quick cup of coffee but there is better options. The refreshers are top teir though:)
