If you like waiting 20 plus min for a coffee this is place won’t let you down. If you don’t like waiting 20 plus min go ahead and order on app for pickup.oh wait it’s still 20 plus min after the time they said it would be done

Big lobby! This location has friendly staff and my drink is always made correctly. Just wish the drive thru line moved a bit faster!

The screen monitor was broken at the drive thru. I placed my order of two coffees and went up to the window (after waiting 35 minutes in line). At the window, they only gave me 1 coffee. When I told them there was a second coffee, they told me the line was too long, and I had to go around again. The second coffee was a cold brew which I’m assuming is very quick to pour. They did not confirm my order when I was ordering either. If they had confirmed the order, this would’ve been fix. Next time I’ll remember to repeat my order. Very bad service to ask someone to go around in a 35 minute line because they missed an order and didn’t follow protocol.

Extremely long wait. Come here if you like sitting in your car for 30-45 minutes for over priced coffee, only to wait even longer because they haven’t even started your order when you get to the window.

Slowest drive thru.perhaps sbux needs to add another location nearby.

Mobile ordering estimate is not accurate between 3-4 pm my past two visits. Estimate was 4-9 minutes. Reality was 20+ minutes.

This place is a great stop for late night coffee. The staff is always friendly and helpful and gets the order right. They also get top marks for cleanliness. Good Starbucks.

Overpriced coffee period! I am still shocked they are still in business with such a ridiculous prices. My daughter wanted their raspberry tea, otherwise I personally would NEVER go there.

Ordered online. App said 3-7 min wait time and I had a 4 min drive. It took 18 min ann's made me late, but I'd already paid and had to wait. So frustrating that they weren't prepared for the Friday morning rush. I will be going elsewhere next time.

I was supposed to get a free drink for my birthday but it never showed up on my app. I came in and explained and they were so nice about it and gave me the free drink. Super friendly and fast!

Newly built out location from moving across the street. The staff here are amazing. I always leave with a smile.

Cars in drive thru did not move for seven minutes. That means one order is taking them seven whole minutes to fulfill. They need to tell large ordering customers to come inside instead of making other customers expecting normal wait times to have to wait.

Friendliest staff in any Starbucks in the world especially considering how busy this place is - there can be random singing “hello’s” and plenty of laughing - fun place

Sweet Lord, this is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. We come often because it’s close, but it doesn’t matter if there’s one person in line or 50, they move at exactly the same pace. Being in a busy area is no excuse. There are plenty of busy locations in Columbus and they function just fine.

Best place to hangout for a coffee, This Starbucks had a very good parking lot, and has a outdoor seating, The best place for Starbucks Happy hour, and they have a good collection of Starbucks gift cards, They also have coffee machines with lots of Coffee collections for sale, especially inside seating area is very spacious and bit quite place.

Have never had a bad experience. Always polite customer service oriented counter workers. Coffee top notch. Atmosphere very relaxing and conducive 2 laptop work. Or just sitting with friends and enjoying each other's company.

The sign says they are open till 11pm, but the doors were locked at 10: 30 pm. If you are not going to be open till 11, then you need to change the hours on the sign and on your website.

A black coffee and iced green tea should not take 20minutes they were not busy there were only two staff one was very cranky and the other was very friendly.

Uses air dryer, bitter coffee, bad atmosphere, environmentally unfriendly, Vietnam coffee triggered me.

Friendly staff but when they open back door to load some boxes around 8-9 PM, inside becomes freezer.
