Worst place to buy a car from. My car broke down and I have a warranty they don’t want to answer calls or assist you with anything. Might as well close down. Trash trash trash.

U-Haul Rental-
Did not show up for U-Haul rental on 11-24-23. Myself and 3 others were left trying to find other accommodations. It is stressful enough when moving then when you have a company NOT show up it adds to the FRUSTRATION. They can NOT be trusted to show up or even return calls.

Response from Owner: Its interesting you have the SAME address as on the U-Haul site. 525 N Sandusky.

I would put zero stars if I could. To make a long story short they suck. Especially brad. They lie to you when you buy a car. And once you buy the car and they get their money they could care less about any problems or any issues that arise.

I recently worked with Nathan, from Starfleet Cars, to purchase this 2015 Honda Fit for my son. He has been very helpful to me over a couple car purchases over the past year. In this case, he checked it out for me and provided an honest opinion of the car. The purchase process was smooth and hopefully ended up with a car that will last my son for a long time.

Update 1/2/24 - Changing my star rating down to a 1 star. It's been over a month and I have not received the title for my car and the temp plates expire soon. I had to submit a complain on the Attoney General site in hopes to solve this. If something changes and I receive my title, I will happily update again but from what I've been told, I should not expect it.

Excellent buying experience with Starfleet. Brad provided a free CARFAX report on the truck I was buying. No pressure, friendly staff, I would recommend buying your next car or truck there in Delaware, OH.

Will never ever deal with them again, bought a vehicle and the way home it started to shutter, told them the next day and they won't make it right, I do have the warranty but you have to wait 14 days, stupid, big rip off, buyers beware

Terrible experience.had to purchase a 2nd temporary tag because certificate of title was not sent as promised. Stopped at the dealership twice regarding this matter. Response both times was "I don't handle titles". I could not get a name or phone number to call. Only received an email address. I will not be back. The dealer didn't have ownership of my vehicle when I purchased.that's against the law.

I worked with Nathan at first and he was more helpful than sales lady from a BMW dealership who knew nothing about the car I was buying. He knew the car and all the features and patiently took the time to show me them all and how they worked. The car was a 2017 Ford Edge Titanium with very low miles and it was beautiful! I was still skeptical so they let me put a dwn payment on the car so I could take it to a dealership and have a diagnostic ran on it. It came back only needing a air filter and wipers!
On to the paperwork, which was passed over to Brad. Now Brad has some not so nice reviews on here and when I told him that, we had a good laugh. Doing all the paperwork is always a time consuming process but he was very patient and helpful with getting it all done. He let me do the financing through my credit union which I appreciated. Most dealerships try to pressure you into going through certain banks as they get kickbacks but they didn’t even question it.
Overall I had a great experience and would recommend buying a used car from Starfleet. They will let you know what you are buying. If you can handle someone honest who tells you like it is, I would even recommend Brad as a salesperson!

Great experience with dealership. Fast. Quick. The salesmen do not hound you in the lot. Love that we could take our time and THEN have someone help us.
Super professional and nice. UPDATE… well they are horrible after the sale. Unable to get a title. They even screen the calls and not answer from our phone anymore. The AG’s office is now involved. Can’t drive the car now with an expired tag.

My attempt to contact this car dealer regarding one of their cars was a complete nightmare. It's as if the phone is just there for decoration, as no one bothered to answer it. After what felt like an eternity, I managed to reach someone named Brad, who supposedly works in sales. However, when I asked about the possibility of a discount, he laughed in my face and offered a measly $20.00 off the car's price. The whole experience was a masterclass in terrible customer service, as it became abundantly clear that they had zero interest in making a sale or even pretending to care about my business.

Don't purchase your vehicle here. Go somewhere else. I actually went to court for a warranty company they were selling to find out that these guys had put in a used part into my vehicle and called it "New" then they requested a refund from the used parts seller and it went into his pocket. The owner is not good for business. Selling cars is selling someone's life. I would avoid at ALL COST!

Brad was professional, courteous, and transparent about the lower cost vehicle we ended up purchasing. Additionally, his special service of delivering the vehicle to our preferred service dealer for an inspection was above and beyond routine customer service!

Update: Not such a great experience after all. The car ended up needing all new brakes and tires - something that was apparently noted on the inspection report, which was not available when we were there since it was a weekend. It makes a loud noise on start up, which we didn't know since the car was brought to us for a test drive already running. It took longer than promised to get the title and we had to call repeatedly to get it. Now that we have it and have made the needed updates to the brakes and tires we're happy with the car, but would not use this dealership again.

We had a seamless experience with Starfleet Cars. I had been shopping for several weeks online and found this dealership, with two used cars that fit our mileage and cost parameters. I reached out to see if they were still available and Brad got back to me right away. Upon my request, he sent me the Carfax reports. We had to drive 4 hours from KY to get there, and couldn't come till Sunday, when Brad would be off, but he put us in touch with Michael in his absence. Michael had the car running and ready for us to take a test drive. He answered all our questions and processed the paperwork quickly and efficiently. We drove it back 4 hours without incident. We've had it less than 24 hours now, but so far so good. The car looks to be "as advertised" and dealing with Brad and Michael was easy, friendly and professional. Based on this experience, we would recommend this dealership!

The car I purchased immediately failed state safety inspections with bad suspensions and tires. Even though the inspection was done within the first 20 days of purchase they would not do anything about it. The $500 deposit to hold the car while you're deciding is also non refundable which was not communicated to me ahead of time. Now I have a $1,400 repair bill on a car I've had for two weeks.
