Chris helped me in fixing issues with my desktop computer. He was very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. The price was right and it got done in a timely manner. Now my computer is running like new. Highly recommend over the big stores.

I never write reviews but I had to say something. I brought my laptop to him for issues of it overheating. I gave him the error code. Days later I was informed that it would cost me over $300.00 to get fixed as the issues has to do with the hard drive becoming overheated. His suggestion was for me to purchase a new one as he said it wasn't worth it to get fixed. He even said that he could get me a deal on one if I was interested. I declined and picked up my laptop. I did my own investigation and found out that it was just the fan and it didn't cost $ 300.00 but only $50.00 to replace. My laptop is up and running like new. I am glad that I went with my gut and had someone else look at it.

Technition scheduled to be at my house two weeks ago to fix my laptop which is doing the same thing it did when I brought it to them and spent over$300.00
