They have a awesome selection of motorcycles and I bought my first bike, which is a 2021 ninja 400. Michael was the man who sold me the bike and he was absolutely very nice and patient. I will be coming back soon to get some gear.

Awesome, I walked right in! I’m a small, short girl. The sale guy let me sit on a couple bikes, then showed me how to stop it at a red light. (First time rider). We set up everything within about 30 min, I walked out the door with my bike.

Sanjeev was really helpful in getting my Tenere 700 ordered. He put up with my texts asking for updates and State 8 made the paperwork process easy.

Shawn was extremely nice and quickly showed me all details about my bike. I never felt rushed and all other staff were very friendly and welcoming. Even though it was pouring rain the day I picked up my bike, the ride home was fantastic. I was very happy with my purchase and recommend State 8 Motorcycles to anyone!

I got approved for a loan from a credit union for a 2020 Kawasaki versys 650 abs. I did not call State 8 motorcycle to inform them that I was approved so they can get the bike prepped for Saturday. I showed up Saturday and they bent over backwards to give my bike prep and get all the paperwork done so I can leave home with it that day. I arrived there at about 1pm and I left there about 3 pm. Josh Fink did great and bent over backwards getting everything done. All of the staff was very nice and generous. I would definitely recommend State 8 motorcycle to anyone.

Dont seem interested in selling bikes.applied for one and not only did they never pull my credit but when I called them they lied to me and and said I didnt have a credit score and would need a co-signer. Years of credit history, A hand full of credit cards and a current Ford lease and I dont have a credit score? At least try a little

Okay prices and customer service (not great) good variety but don't let them charge you the 159.00 dealer prep it's a scam, they don't clean the used bikes or even change the oil, they charge the battery and start it and that's it. I got a used harley that didn't run right and had lighting issues but it was the bike I wanted and I knew how to fix it myself so I just dealt with it, they did offer to let me bring it by to look at it again but I wasn't impressed with their first opinion so I didn't waste my time. Again, don't get stuck with the dealer prep, they will waive it as they did mine. Buyer beware.

Went here looking for my first bike and the salesman did not tell me anything about the bikes I looked at. Basically said the price and asked "how does it feel". Good inventory variety though

I’m a licensed motorcyclists I went out there to go purchase a bike.wanted to test drive it first see if I would actually like the way it rides it feels.apparently you have to buy the bike first and then you can take it for a test drive. Lol no thank you

Won't buy another item from them. I purchased a brand new motorcycle sight unseen as it was still in the crate. After waiting for a week, I sent the salesman a text. Instead of responding, I got a phone call from a person in service who explained to me that they were waiting on a Honda battery as this is what is required to file warranty paperwork. After another 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I make the hour drive to make an in person inquiry since I'm feeling uncertain that this process could take so long. After going through the chain of people, I experienced some interesting conversations with the service counter employee, salesman and service employee leaving me even more uneasy about how they operate. I schedule my pickup later that week and was notified that one of the people I had spoken with was released. I then realized that I was lied to and now I had proof. Still reluctant to cause a scene, I waited even longer to actually see the bike. Upon receiving my brand new motorcycle, I pointed out a cut in the seat. I was told that it arrived from the factory this way and was offered a $100 off my first service and that was the best that they could do. Now the first service is essentially an oil change and a general look over. A used seat from Ebay is $100. Considering the fact that after waiting so long for this transaction that interest was already accumulating on the purchase I decided to move on and settle on never doing business with them again. $100 off an oil change.pft.eat it.

Alot of inventory however I viewed a bike online it said available I came in to look at it and it was apparently sold I did receive a much better experience and environment at state 8 in Medina the Medina location is 5 stars all day

State 8 made it simple, fast and secure. Handled everything over the phone drove up there, picked up my bike and went home.

I came in to look at a used bike and left with a new bolt. I had been looking at the bolt for awhile and you had the right color and brand new. Great experience.

Sales person was great to work with took the time explain all options and which might be the better option. After sale took the time to show me the shop and introduce me to some of the technician who gave valuable information and care of my new purchase.

Always very helpful and professional. Helped my wife and I find bikes that fit our lifestyle without any hassle. Will come back in the future.

Purchasing a MC from State 8 was an excellent experience. It was far easier process, than expected. Friendly staff. Zero buyers remorse, highly recommend.

Drove almost 2 hours to buy my dads honda shadow through them and was amazed with the excellent customer service shaun the sales rep that i dealt with was amazing through the entire process which will lead me to buy more through them whenever possible

This place is awesome! I bought a master link for my mo-ped chain for just over $2! Got the chain work done for free! The workers here are so very polite and cordial! I enjoyed our visit here!

They give me a really good price treated me well and give my son a very nice gift and presented well and went out of their way to do so for no extra charge
