Have waited a year to get hospital bed made useable. If you have a another dme you can use go there.

Very slow to do anything. Been waiting for days for scheduling to call just to come look at disabled husband hospital bed. Then after it's looked at who knows how long it will take them to fix it. Stay away from them if you have a choice
