We love Stay and have been bringing our dogs for years but the cleanliness of the facility has definitely gone down. The smell of urine that hits you when you walk in is rough. All of our family dogs love to go and come home tired out.

My heart beams for Stay dogcare. Sam, Amy, and the entire team are wonderfully geared towards individualized care and attention to the dogs. They treat them as their own. Stay is trustworthy with food and medication protocol and attuned to behavior/ moods of the animals to give them whatever they need within a reasonable framework. They are also flexible with dropoff and pickup times (24 hours!) and you can text them for updates/changes at any time. You can bring creature comforts that make the dogs happy and Stay will accommodate. They do exit baths upon request which is a cherry on top. Their daycare updates and photos are adorable and just like obsessive fur baby parents, we will sit at a hotel on vacation and look on our phones waiting for report card updates from the day. Also you can access those photos anytime on their app which is an impressive amount of cloud storage for a local small business! I wish every service team had a sliver of the compassion and customer service acumen that Stay has. I have lived all around the country and never experienced a better animal care service.

There was an incident last time I was here. When my dog got near the entrance, she started yanking at the leash, directing me to the entrance and going inside, then pounced happily at the desk counter door.

I ain't no dog whisperer, but it seems very apparent that she loves this place. So five stars it is then.

Took good care of both our dogs. One dog is dog aggressive so we paid for grandma's living room and for the stay package where he got walks every day. They send pictures and a report card every day.

I'm very impressed with Stay! My dog absolutely loves his time there with all the friends he makes! And when we go there he's excited to walk into the place. And when I pick him up from there, he's happy and he also sleeps realllly good! From meeting the owner, the time she gave me to tour the facility and get to know the place to every staff member me and my dog interact with is a very positive experience. I highly recommend!

We checked our puppy in for the day, while we attended a Browns game. Top notch operation! Five stars

Macie loves her time here. The walks, one-on-one playtime and snuggles and the photos are great!

I've been taking my dog, Poppy, here for daycare and for the occasional overnight stay and I have nothing but good things to say about Stay! Poppy can tend to get overstimulated and have her social battery run a bit low during daycare and they've been amazing with accommodating that and giving her the breaks throughout the day that she needs. She comes home after daycare absolutely tuckered (which is amazing when I'm also exhausted from work lol) and is very happy when she realizes where we are when I'm dropping her off:) The report card pictures and videos are absolutely adorable and everyone I've spoken to has been so nice - I'm so glad there's such an amazing doggie daycare near me!

I boarded my dog here overnight while traveling and was very happy with my boarding choice - the staff took me through a full tour of the facilities my dog would be in, accommodated for his behavior/comfort level throughout the weekend, and sent frequent report cards with photos and updates!

Best boarding in the city. As the only true 24 hour facility, it's the most convenient for those of us with busy or offset schedules. The staff are great and we love getting update "report cards" with quick pictures or video on how our dog is doing. They offer a bunch of services, are competitive on pricing, and can be booked entirely online. Highly recommended from an owner with a dog who has alot of needs.

My dog loves going here and the staff and owner are amazing. They separate the dogs based on size, but my dog goes in the big dog room if her best friend is there.

Negligence. Serious Injury.

My dog was injured during an extended week long stay and we were not notified at all. Not even when my dog was walking out of the lobby on 3-legs.

The injury resulted in a nasty paw wound which required surgery.

(I would assume he was viciously bitten or injured due to a stray nail or sharp edge due to the ongoing construction at the time — irrelevant.)

The staff provided several different stories before the owner attempted some damage control to CYA. None of their stories lined up — which led me to believe this isn’t an honest business with a competent manager nor workforce.

The owner originally referred me to the policy in which they are not liable.

I then brought up negligence of proper care for my injured pet while at Stay — seemed to change her tone to quite defensive and rude.

She offered me half of my vet bill (which was half the cost of our daycare). I declined and requested full payment as they acted negligently to care for my injured dog while under their care.

She agreed to cover the entire medical bill within 60 days. On Day 60, I reached out to her that I had not received payment and would pursue further action. She agreed to follow through on the settlement a few days later.

We were “banned” from their services for having “Too high of Standards” as a result of our pet getting injured and expecting the Stay Team to make a reasonable effort to pursue medical care for an injury which occurred under Stay supervision.

I would not recommend this business if you value the health and safety of your pet.

During our recent visit to the neighborhood, we stumbled upon a dog boarding facility and decided to check it out. As we were in close proximity, we dropped in without prior notification. However, we were met with a disappointing reception from the front desk staff, particularly the receptionist with green hair, who appeared rude and unhelpful.

Although we understand that it may be necessary to book an appointment and register for their services, we felt that the receptionist's tone and mannerisms were unwelcoming and unprofessional. It left a negative impression on us and made us apprehensive about leaving our beloved pet in their care.

As responsible pet owners, the safety and well-being of our furry friend is of utmost importance to us. Unfortunately, based on the experience we had with the receptionist, we have decided not to board our dog at this facility. We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect, and the receptionist's behavior did not make us feel confident that our pet would be treated with the care and compassion they deserve.
