Staybridge Suites Columbus OSU-Medical Center, an IHG Hotel

I travel to Columbus a few times a year, and have been for the last 7-8 years, I always stay at the Staybridge. Between coaching athletics or going down for personal stays they are always welcoming, and the rooms are great!

Best service I have had in a while very clean rooms good breakfast and friendly staff like all the staff not just some my kids loved the pool area and you can wash clothes for free!

Affordable place to get ready for an event at Schottenstein Center. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is very clean and service is fantastic! Rooms are exceptional for the price. The breakfast is nice in the morning before you leave for the day. Staff is willing to help with anything you may need.with a smile! Location is perfect and parking is easy. When I make my yearly trip to Columbus, it's the only place I'll stay. I can even reserve my favorite room! Mr. Singh and his staff are the Best!

Wow! I just tried to talk to the lady at the front desk about a discrepancy in the booking prices if you book through Priceline vs directly on their website and she started arguing with me and yelling at me and wouldn’t even let me complete a sentence. I’ll definitely be canceling and going elsewhere!

Room was amazing. Front staff was awesome and very friendly. Bed was so comfy and soft. Thank you for a great experience.

Clean space.big breakfast. Friendly host at the desk during check in and again last night when we asked for extra linens.

The house cleaning lady working this morning 2/19/21 seems to be a bit of a C U Next Tuesday. Who knew it would be such an inconvenience to her to ask for pool towels because THEY DON'T HAVE ANY AVAILABLE IN THE POOL ROOM FOR THE SECOND DAY. Stop blocking the hallway with carts and stock some towels and maybe I wouldn't have to ask you
Prior to this we tried to make the best of the breakfast, although big, not much was appetizing. The kitchen lady was staring at everyone the entire time

Each stay we have had has been really nice, except each time we always have a problem with the bathroom not able to give my husband a shower or he can't get in the bathroom with his wheel chair he is disabled with having one leg.other then that it's been a really nice stay. Thank you

Amazing hotel very clean and staff was all on point with everything. The kitchen are a big plus

Someone at the suite either stole or threw away all of my stuff from the bathroom/sink area. Some of which was just purchased the night before (and were still in the bag) which totaled $ 17.08. (I am not even including those items in the list below) They sent me a check for $ 30.00. My makeup bag, 3 different shades of eye makeup, brand new mascara, toothbrush, toothpaste, toothbrush holder, large hair clip, Clinique blush brush, just to name some of the items. It will cost more to replace than the amount they sent and they had a detailed list of the items taken. It is an insult to think that they would treat people who stay at their Suite like this.

Millie is an absolute gem. She is the sweetest and works so hard. My husband has been in the hospital for a few weeks and she has checked on me and asked how he’s doing whenever she’s on duty. She’s the best - give that woman a raise!

I had several complaints/concerns with the room that went unresolved. There were Refrigerator issues, Hygiene products not stocked, management having bare feet on hotel lobby table, room not thoroughly cleaned (many dust balls and hair in various spots).

As always the staff is friendly and kind, beyond the norm and it's simply home as you wish yours could truly be!

Such a nice place to stay! Staff was AWESOME and the rooms are emaculate! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

Without a doubt one of the most friendly and accommodating hotels we've stayed at. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. The staff was extremely friendly and very flexible. We have now stayed here weekly for the past several weeks and plan to continue on a weekly for the next 4 months, as we have really found our home away from home.

ALL of the staff was so welcoming with Millie's warm personality and Schnell's highly energetic vibe. No matter who was at the front we felt welcomed every time walking in the front doors. The mgmt team and GM Singh were over the top accommodating and helpful, including generous upgrades to larger suites. A great example of excellent hospitality!

We were shucked off by Staybridge Suites after driving 6 hours and going in to check in and they tell us they canceled and moved our reservation to the holiday inn next door. They never gave us a courtesy call ahead of time or an email. They moved us to holiday inn and we had reserved a king studio suite with a FULL kitchen at Staybridge. They told us holiday inn was “upgrading” our room but let’s be real. HI is not on the same level as Staybridge and their rooms are not equipped with a full kitchen. The lobby of HI smelled like weed. Our room (#610) smelled like weed, had stained bedding & the bathroom was dirty. After 2.5 hrs of talking to the HI front desk & manager and also the Staybridge customer service number we were moved to a new room in Holiday inn that was ok but definitely nothing like what I had ordered for our 7th anniversary trip at Staybridge. I am so unhappy with this hotel stay. We will never return to a holiday in or staybridge suites.

The king size rooms are spacious and overall the building seems relatively new. The pastries they sell in their shop are not good, spent $8 on one and it was dry and tasteless.

We just checked out and had a wonderful stay. The staff were all so friendly, treated my 3 year old like a king, including giving him a pack of Skittles when we checked in. We had two rooms booked, and they made sure we had them right next to each other. My only complaint is that the pool area wasn’t the cleanest. Otherwise, our rooms were spacious and very clean. We’ll be back!
