Staybridge Suites Toledo - Rossford - Perrysburg, an IHG Hotel

Beds were comfy, lovely little kitchenette, breakfast was amazing and the kitchen staff were super nice! Only downside was that there was no extra bedding in the room (when we were told there would be) and we couldn’t get any from the front desk either.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. The pool was a little chilli. They are in the process of painting the hallways. Would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place for our family to stay. Hotel room suites are awesome and sleep our family perfectly. Higher cabinets above the microwave were greasy and the was a leftover candy bar in one of the bedside drawers. Breakfast was very good and the hotel is very reasonably priced.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a handful of times while traveling, but during my most recent stay here I definitely noticed a deterioration of quality in comparison to my previous stays.the hallways reek of marijuana and if you’re staying here on a Friday or Saturday night, be prepared to hear noises from rooms above and around you all night long until 4/5am. Rooms are large though, and it’s awesome that they accommodate people with pets.

Pretty much the best breakfast I've had at a hotel. The rooms are decent and clean. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel is also pet friendly for an extra cost. It's pretty close to different fast foods and not far from casino.

It was great. The room was like an apartment. Had a full functioning kitchen with dishwasher as well. The kids loved it! We will be coming back. I've already referred my family and friends.

You have to stay at the hotel for 7 days or more to get room cleaned. This includes getting new towels and trash removal. Worse Staybridge ever!

What a BIG difference from our stay in the summer. Do believe other ppl took over. What a joke. We had issues from the start. Then went to the room (was supposed to be our room from the last time) well, it wasn't, and to make things worse the cable was shut off or whatever the reason. My husband looks forward to watching cable since we don't have it and no shower just a deep bathtub so high, we're in our 70's, so couldn't get in or out. If you enjoy being "rail-roded" into getting what they want and nothing you want.go for it.it was Xmas on top of it SUCKED!

At this point our stay is less than desirable. I had to clean the tub before my athlete daughter could use it. The rest of the room could use some serious cleaning. TOP COMPLAINT THE GUEST ABOVE US HAVE ARE RUNNING, JUMPING AND SCREAMING YET THE FRONT DESK HAVE DONE NOTHING AFTER I CALLED AFTER 2 HOURS OF IT. 10: 15 P. M. I called the front desk to Politely ask them to stop and of course nothing was done. The pool is closed and the hotel is under construction which was not disclosed at booking.

Booked suite for my daughter's birthday and was not informed that pool was broken, they have no way to order movies for entertainment. The room had stains on the carpet bathroom lock was broken and windows were filthy.

My very first visit. Beautiful hotel.
I have only one disappointment with my stay. In my reservation I requested a handicap room only to get a room that was not. The distance for my mother to walk was very difficult for her to walk. Once she got to the room, my mother could not enjoy her stay.

Also the manager be making fun of the guest to the employees I don’t understand why they do these things I read another comment say they did it before very angry

Room was super clean. The breakfast in the morning was nice. Janet took really good care of us and made us feel right at home.

Great room with full kitchen. Nice Tv. Free breakfast is delicious and fantastic, I've never had southern biscuits and gravy at a hotel before. I wish I was staying here more than one night

Our roll VERY COMFY. WE ARE VERY UPSET NOT ALL ACCOMADATIONS WAS AVAILABLE SUCH AS LIBRARY AND POOL. LAST WEEK WE CALLED TO ENSURE POOL WAS OPEN AND YOUNG MAN ENSURED IT WAS. UPON ARRIVAL INFORMED POOL WAS CLOSED. THE RUDE DESK ATTENDANT ALSO INFORMED US WE COULD NOT GET ANY EXTRA BLANKETS/SHEETS OR TOWELS FOR THE PULL OUT BED, DUE TO THE HOTEL BEING SO FULL. THE NIGHT ATTENDANT MANAGED TO FIND A BEDDING SET FOR MY CHILDREN HOWEVER HE WAS VERY VERY RUDE. WE ARE OVERALL DISAPPOINTED IN OUR STAY AND WILL BE CALLING MONDAY TO SPEAK With MANAGER

Stayed here Oct 2,2021. The bathroom door locked from the inside and we couldn't use it all night - the night manager didn't know how to open it and a call to her manager didn't help. In the morning, after having to go to the lobby to use the restroom in the middle of the night, they finally jimmied the lock open.with a spoon. The assistant manager said, "This happens a lot. " Main manager was rude and dismissive of our concerns. That seems to be a pattern of those with bad experiences. It's unfortunate.this is physically a nice facility, but we'll not be back, even though we come through here often.

No working internet, no working TV, no one really cared either. I won't be staying here again it isn't worth half what I paid. Besides the rooms are pretty wrecked also

Rooms were very clean. 2ould reccomend room 417. Was larger that the other 2 rooms we got. And it had a bathtub vs a shower. Breakfast was also good.

The room was very dirty and had a pot smell when I walk in talking about non smoking rooms so I would like a refund

Nice pet friendly property with helpful staff. Nice amenities but many of them were closed due to renovations. 4 out of 5 stars because our room smelled a bit musty.
